Shoes: Xena | Charlotte Olympia

Last week I shared my third pair of Poker Joker dice heels and today I'm switching it up to non-Irregular Choice.  I was really happy to get my hands on these Charlotte Olympia shoes from AW16, a couple of months back.

Shoes: Barnacle Betty | Irregular Choice 

Another set of old photos and a pair I find it hard to believe I've never reviewed here before (from SS17).  Firstly, last week were the lilac version of Pooch Perfect boots if you missed those and there's a link in that post to the white pair I reviewed first.  These perspex carved heels haven't been appearing all that much lately.  There were ankle boots in both Pokemon and The Wizard Of Oz collections, along with the red Click Your Heels shoes that I bought from Oz and prior to that, Little Twin Stars shoes in the Sanrio launch.

Shoes: Lapin | Irregular Choice 

Another archive style that I've never  reviewed here before.  Lapin came out in AW19 and I bought them straight away (they also came in black).  There's no way I was missing out on these, they're beautiful and you know how much I love a boot.

Shoes: Click Your Heels | Irregular Choice, The Wizard Of Oz 

Something new for you this week.  The Wizard Of Oz Irregular Choice collaboration launched mid December and whilst I'm not fanatical about the film (like a lot of people are), I did like some of the collection.  I wasn't going to get anything though, but this style was my favourite and down to one pair left in my size the day after release, so I buckled and bought them!  This style is exclusive to Irregular Choice, so you can't get it from any other IC stockist.

Shoes: Hippokampos | Irregular Choice 

Another old Irregular Choice sale buy I got a long time ago, but haven't shared yet.  These also came in green, which we all know I'd usually be drawn to, but I really loved the multi-coloured gems on the black pair. The other pair were just one colour. I also love the multi-coloured trim, edging the shoe and the strap, it's stunning in real life, such vivid colours and a reptile finish.  This shoe is just crazy embellished, they really threw everything at it, yet they're still pretty subdued compared to others in my collection.

Shoes: Hiccup | Irregular Choice 

Hi gang! Just a quick post this week as I don't have time to edit more photos (these were from Instagram in 2019).  I would've worn different tights had I known I was posting here as resizing the pics results in moiré because they are shiny and shimmery.  Anyway, I've been trying to be semi-social this past week or so (given that I never go out), so have been signing up to lots of online classes and events.  This week, I have the Glamour Big Beauty Call, next week it's Vogue's 5 Days Of Beauty.  I also regularly attend Guerlain and Clarins masterclasses, but for someone that never has anything planned, I'm worrying I'll forget to attend or that I'm double booking (think it's Clarins and Glamour tomorrow, then Guerlain and Glamour on Thursday).  I'm trying to get everything done before the classes, as I know I'll tire myself out if I try to do two things at once, but my head's all over the place and I just got side-tracked by the delivery of 4 parcels (a long wait until payday again 🤣)!  Anyway nothing to do with these boots.

Shoes: Bento Baby | Irregular Choice

I just remembered about these shoes that I bought from the last Irregular Choice sale and haven't spoken about.  You know how I was a little unsure about Seafoam Queen? Well whenever I saw Bento Baby, I knew they were the perspex heel of the year for me.  They were part of the sushi collection with Sarsparilly which included clothes and this particular pair were an IC exclusive colourway.  There was another variation (same style but different name) with the chrome finish to the heel instead of being transparent and yellow and lilac uppers, but I loved everything about this pair.

Shoes: Zevra | Irregular Choice 

I really fell in love with this style when it launched in 2019.  They came in black and white, the more obvious colour choice for a zebra upper, but the amazing tinsel tail on the pink version stole my heart.  The other pair had plain black, but here we got this wonderful multi-colour metallic which immediately reminded me of my favourite 80's doll, Superstar Sindy.  I've attached a photo at the bottom, as she lives in my shoe room!  I wasn't prepared for how full the tail would be, it's like a cheerleader pom pom at the back, it's fabulous and so swishy.

Shoes: Seafoam Queen | Irregular Choice 

Since it's 'revival' many years ago, I usually buy at least one pair of perspex heels every season from Irregular Choice. I really enjoyed the t-bar series; Tiny Ted, Pretty Poodle, Barnacle Betty and Blossom Bunny and then the slight change of shape for Bellissima. I guess these are in a similar vein, but I've been torn with whether or not to buy them.

Another Care Bear style for you this week from the recent Irregular Choice launch. These boots, like the Kingdom Of Caring shoes last time, were one of the few items we saw previewed before release and I knew I definitely wanted them.

Shoes: Blue I Had To by Irregular Choice 

I'm blogging! It's been a couple of weeks since I managed a Shoesday post here. A couple of months since I've done anything on Pink Haired Princess, but that seems a bit big to tackle just now.  I've really been struggling with energy this year, so it's been too difficult to manage blogging as well as posting daily on Instagram with the #365daysofIrregularChoice challenge. These shoes were one pair I showed this month as I'm doing a Valentine's theme for the whole of February and I thought to myself "I don't think I've ever featured them on Shoesday". A quick check back and I hadn't. These photos were actually taken in January 2018 after I'd bought the shoes in the sales. The light was a bit funny (seems like it was a very sunny January day) and maybe that's why I ignored them for so long, but I thought I'd use these photos rather than the recent ones I took for Instagram (pale pink fishnets then), so you have something different to see. I rather like them with these Muppets tights actually.

I bought these a few months ago, when they were released alongside the velvet cat pair (Stars At Night here).  I've said it many a time before, but I will forever buy styles with this heel, I love it.

Shoes: Irregular Choice Stars At Night 

Ahh, it's so nice to be blogging again after a couple of really busy weeks. Unfortunately not doing anything fun, but tidying, eBaying and still recovering after a trip to the dentist. The dentist was painless (replacing a filling), but seems to have hit me quite hard M.E. wise and I've been more lethargic and sore than usual. Well, it's probably not all down to that, I generally have been attempting to do more lately, but it played a role. It's affected my motivation and mood most days too and when I struggle to blog, keep up with emails and social media, I feel like a terrible person, failing at life and a very bad blogger!  Then the more I get annoyed with myself, the less I do, the less I do, the more I get annoyed, vicious cycle! The tidying and eBaying hasn't even been particularly immense (nor fruitful), but it's zapped my energy and increased the aches and pains. The good(ish) things have been shoe filled parcels aplenty! Though that in turn stresses me out (not just because I'm spending money like it grows on trees), but because I have the longest list of photos to take, blog posts to write etc etc for every new pair that comes in the door and there's been a lot!

Shoes: Irregular Choice Ruby Envelope 

I've had my eye on these shoes all season and finally bought them the other week in the sale. They are currently my only sale purchase from IC. After overindulging in some beauty GWP's and the Collectif sale, I didn't leave myself anything for shoes. I still have several items on my wishlist, but will likely miss them. I can't really complain when I've managed to buy so many at full price throughout the year.

Hello! Been a few weeks since I've been able to post, but here's an outfit I wore last week for a hospital appointment. It was my "big" appointment at Ninewells, which I'll go into more detail on Pink Haired Princess when I have the chance, but it meant an early start to get to Dundee on time. Not a fan of the early start! Getting dressed these days is like a major mission, finding what still fits and is weather appropriate.

Hello! I'm sorry I've not been very steady with blogging over the past 2 months. I seem to have bursts of trying to get on and do things and then I'm either too tired and sore to do anything else or completely unmotivated. Last Tuesday I totally did plan to publish a Shoesday post, but my gallstones had other ideas! It takes so much out of me after an attack, that I need days to recover. Anyway, this week, I had to show you the brand new shoes and scrap whatever I chose for last week. It does mean pyjamas, but you're accustomed to that by now I think (and they're cute so who cares?).

Apologies this is almost a week late, I wrote about my brief hiatus over on Pink Haired Princess earlier tonight, so that should explain my absence.  I've been desperate to show you these shoes too, so I was getting really agitated having to wait!! I had a feeling these would be the pair I'd really like (before release) but both Call Me Cinders and Home Before 12 (metallic pink with gold glitter) had been delayed and were released a couple of weeks after the initial Cinderella collection, so there was a bit of a wait.

Shoes: Pretty Poodle Irregular Choice

Hola! Now that I've finished my Star Wars series (!), I have a full outfit for you today. I've had to get dressed quite a bit recently and sometimes I've photographed it, so I'll see what's salvageable for blog posts! Surprisingly this wasn't a doctors appointment, but a trip out for ice-cream to Nardini's. We were attempting to try out my new wheelchair and get me out more (or at all!), plus it had been my birthday earlier in the week (this was back in May). I ended up so wrecked after this, that it's not the type of thing I could do regularly unfortunately. I skipped the ice-cream part and instead opted for a scone (becoming quite a scone fiend) and a piece of Millionaire which I was going to bring home, but managed to eat there too (well I gave some to my sister, who managed a sundae and that)!

Shoes: Bunnie Love Irregular Choice 

Shoesday Tuesday on a Wednesday, what's happening? Well I had a lot going on yesterday and though I seemed to tick many things off my to-do list, I still found myself writing this post at midnight, while checking my emails and catching up on Person Of Interest from the night before. I'd been up early and I decided it was silly, so shut the laptop, switched off the TV and went to bed. I do apologise that it's a day late.

12 Shoes Of Christmas - Day 6

Day 6 and we're halfway through our challenge of wearing Irregular Choice festive footwear for 12 days.  Today we are both wearing the same style, in the same colour.  I believe the fashion pack call this "twinning"!  Not sure if that still applies when we are miles apart!
