I did a little reverse styling today for the luxe edition of TSGSI. I found this dress and just wasn't going to be satisfied unless it featured in this post today. Thankfully I easily found a suitable pair of shoes.
They are Sophia Webster 'Flutura Flamingo' sandals £329, with a patent strap and painted pink feather detail. You might continue that bird theme with this dress, as it would certainly make me strut like a proud peacock or something! I am a sucker for black lace and the Victoriana vibe anyway, but the addition of this full, frilled tulle skirt is properly making my hart flutter. If only I were half the size and it had 90% off! I can dream. I felt like it needed a little colour, so I added this pink sparkly brooch at the neck, which you can see larger to the left. I finished with this cute little silver bag which has a Cinderella theme with carriage, mouse and shoe. What do you think, like this?
