Apologies for the late post and no-show last week, I've been struggling after an optician's appointment. As it's been years, I'm not accustomed to being out of the house, so I'm absolutely exhausted. Last time, I showed you my bargain Garden Gala and today, I have another too-good-to-resist purchase from Unrulyu a while back.

Last week I reviewed Bunny Palette which sadly had to be returned, I'm still gutted about that, but there's no point in keeping something I was unhappy with, especially if I couldn't cover that part.  This week, I have something you've seen before but in a different colour.

Another relatively recent purchase for you today, but sadly one I've not been able to keep.  Last week I reviewed my second pair of Looney Tunes, the Merrie Melodies heels, if you missed those.  As you'll be aware if you're a regular reader of the blog, Irregular Choice began making "Paint Your Own Heel" shoes a couple of years ago.

Shoes: Merrie Melodies | Irregular Choice (Looney Tunes) 

Today I have the second part of my Looney Tunes haul from Irregular Choice after the Saturday Morning ankle boots last week.  Unlike those, the style today wasn't an IC exclusive, so is available from most stockists and also came in a darker colourway.  The cloud and Tweety Pie portion of the heel is exactly the same as last time, though the platform, as I mentioned last week is mirrored gold.  As I said then, while I like the slightly reflective nature of it, I do think it looks a bit cheap.  You'll see I have one downward looking bird and one sitting up to attention.  I think both were a bit droopy on the boots.

Shoes: Saturday Morning | Irregular Choice (Looney Tunes) 

I have another high heel for you this week, after my Vivienne Westwood tartan shoes last time. Irregular Choice just launched their Looney Tunes collection and loving this new character heel, I ordered a couple of pairs intending to keep just one (it came in this ankle boot or two colourways of a court shoe). The pair I have today are definitely my favourite of the two, so let's start with them. This style is exclusive to IC, so only available online from their website and from their Brighton store (the only one left in the UK currently). Firstly, I adore their name, "Saturday Morning", it brings back memories of watching cartoons when I was little with my sisters.  When I was 12 I started a paper round, so TV had to wait until I got home (I recall rushing home for The Legend Of Prince Valiant). Even as a kid though, I have to admit I got really frustrated with the continual chase and animosity between duos such as Tweety and Sylvester and Tom & Jerry, it tired me out!
