Day 888 - There Ain't No Jails Tight Enough To Lock Me

Shoes: Red patent bow peep toes Bronx

It was a bit dreich today, dry but colder and cloudy. I've heard so many people say they hope last week wasn't our 'summer'! Bit depressing if it is. Anyway it meant I was back to leggings and no bare legs. This dress has to be one the comfiest I own, but it is very short, so I doubt anyone could wear it without something underneath. I took the belt out and switched it for my new red one and decided I may as well add some shiny red shoes too!  You can check out my corresponding post for my 'Monster High Monday' makeup here.

Wearing: Navy cowboy dress H By Henry Holland, leggings Primark, red belt gift and boat cardigan (just seen) Peacocks.
Fit: True to size, buckle fastening and 4" chunky heel.
Comfort: Really comfy and no issues with these.

Day 722 - I Can Be Your Shelter When The Wind Starts Blowing

Shoes: Red patent bow peep toes Bronx

Ooh it's a bit chilly today and absolutely P'd it down at lunchtime.  Thankfully it dried later and I got out for a wee walk.  I've had this dress for absolutely ages and never worn it.  I must have tried about three different pairs of shoes with it, then settled with my red patent peep toes.  They instantly revive any outfit but are super comfortable.  A stranger once came up to me and said they were 'F*** me shoes'! Not much you can say to that really, can you?  Last 'Terrible Tuesday' tomorrow, haven't decided what to wear yet...have considered my Moschino's which were a 'been a good girl at the dentist' present to myself, but we'll see.  I just hope my hair looks better tomorrow, I think it's hair-karma for it sitting nicely all last week!.

Wearing:  Duck print navy dress, suede leggings and boat scarf all Primark, swallow cardigan Dorothy Perkins.
Fit: True to size, buckle fastening and 4" chunky heel.
Comfort: Really comfy and no issues with these.

Day 664 -You Opened Doors I Closed

Shoes: Red patent bow peep toes Bronx

I almost forgot I had this dress-I bought it a while back after falling in love with the parrot print.  It's quite short, so needs to be worn with leggings and the weather recently has been too nice for that.  It was a little dull y'day though, so I was glad of the opportunity to wear it!  It comes with a self-tie belt, but I decided to pop this black patent one on that I had from something else.  I'm enjoying getting to wear bright red again, now that it doesn't completely clash with my hair!

Wearing:  Parrot dress H By Henry Holland (Debenhams), black leggings and belt (taken from skirt) Primark, bow cardigan New Look, shoe print scarf gift.
Fit: True to size, buckle fastening and 4" chunky heel.
Comfort: Really comfy and no issues with these

Day Four Hundred & Fifty Two - Red Cherries

Shoes: Red patent bow peep toes Bronx

Another outfit from a few weeks ago. Today I was bleaching my hair and couldn't really venture out looking like a scarecrow! I like that this dress doesn't just feature cherries but pineapple, raspberry and strawberries too! It's just a little strappy sun-dress, but cute enough.

Wearing: cream fruit print sun-dress G21 at Asda, black leggings Primark.
Fit: True to size, buckle fastening and 4" chunky heel.
Comfort: Really comfy and no issues with these.

Day One Hundred & One - Woven Wedge

Not a very good picture of these today but there is hardly a square inch of free space in my room to take photos just now. They are actually straw-like and woven and feature this textured, sequin flower and dinky wedge heel. They are a size smaller than I usually take, but must be very large made as I never usually have to go down a size. It snowed again last night, but not too much. I actually wish it was knee deep, it's fun and picturesque when it's like that. Here, it's icy, slushy and getting dirty! Although that's only what I can see from my window, I haven't been out since Christmas day!

Day Sixty One - A Special Pair

I find it hard to pick a favourite pair of shoes from my collection. However if I were to choose several pairs, these would definitely be in that group. For me, the heel isn't even that high, but it's beautifully shaped and chunky, the patent leather is so soft and has a wet-look to it. The oversized bow placed on the peep-toe is the icing on the cake and I also love the criss-cross strapping. These shoes are unbelievably comfortable and seem to hug around your feet. You just can't help but stare at them. A stranger once stopped me and told me they were 'F*** me shoes'!
