Day Four Hundred & Forty - Bright Times

Shoes: Pink and purple suedette platforms E-Vie at Peacocks

I still have a pair of shoes to show you from last Saturday and Monday and other than that I haven't been outdoors all week. With the bad weather it doesn't seem sensible to get dressed just to go out and get soaked for 5 minutes! Plus it's been manic here with one thing and another. So, I thought I'd fill in the gaps with some shoes I'm selling on eBay this weekend-a kind of goodbye to them because we may not see them here again if they sell!

Wearing: No outfit post.
Fit: True to size, elasticated sections either side to help get them on. Heel 4 1/2" with 1 1/4" platform.
Comfort: Really comfortable and steady base to walk on.

Day Three Hundred & Thirty Seven - Snake Charmer

I'm still playing catch up with the posts. This pair I'm currently selling on eBay to make room for more pairs! I just got these leggings from Topshop today and I'm super excited about them. Not quite sure how I'll style them...

Wearing: No outfit post.
Fit: True to size, back zip opening, 4 3/4" heel.
Comfort: No problems with these.

Day Three Hundred & One - Clear Out

I didn't even realise yesterday that we reached Day 300. I suppose now that I'm repeating styles the number of days isn't so important. I'm having a clear out today and will be putting lots of shoes up on ebay tomorrow. Now that I know exactly what I own, I know of a few I can get rid of to make room for new pairs! I'm considering selling these, but I like them...maybe it's time to be ruthless.

Wearing: No outfit post today-I'm slumming it!
Fit: 4 3/4" heel and 3/4" platform, true to size. Back zip opening.
Comfort: Totally fine.

Day One Hundred & Seventy Three - Don't Look

The fog got so bad last night, you couldn't see anything, absolutely nothing. I was looking out the windows (which looked like they were steamed up) and up into the street lights and it was totally creepy, this hazy glow surrounding it, ewww! Today it's cleared, but is still raining so I'm not going anywhere. I took this photo yesterday, hence I'm wearing the same tights. I've loved these shoes over the years, they just feel so comfy and have a really cute shape. However I've decided to part with them as I can only keep the more unique pairs in my collection.

Day One Hundred & Forty Two - The Grey Side

I don't know where the time has gone to today. It seems to have taken the entire day to take a few photos and edit them. It snowed last night, which I was ridiculously excited about (even after wishing it would go away when it was bad in Dec/Jan-two faced I know), anyway it was really pretty, I wanted to stay up all night watching it fall. It' so silent when it's like that, I love it. Once again though the sun came out today and melted the entire other side of our street, but it's still quite deep here where it didn't get the warmth.

Day One Hundred & Thirty One - Looks Can Be Deceiving

A beautiful sunny day today, but freezing once you're outside. I decided to go with the weather and wear a more summery shoe but team it with lacy socks for a little bit of warmth. These shoes look incredibly high, but actually your foot feels very flat in them, I suppose the large platform reduces the heel height.

Day One Hundred & Eleven - Frilling Time

I went shopping today, for the first time since....the beginning of December or end of November. I spotted 2 beautiful floral dresses in my magazines last week and had to have them, both from Primark. I fully expected to go and come back with nothing, but they had them both! I was actually squealing in the shop. I also got 5 pairs of tights, including a floral pair, black stirrup ones and sheer polka dots, which will hopefully fit me better than the pair I bought from Matalan, months ago, which barely go up past my knees! I also got a ring, beret, leggings and some pink, high heeled doc martin style boots from Office.

Day Seventy Six - Contrasts

I'm wearing a lovely bright floral, floaty, sheer dress today but with black, cosy leggings and a long sleeved top underneath. I'm wearing peep toe shoes but a hat and scarf because it's so cold. It continues with the weather. Some locals were evacuated when the burn overflowed and flooded their houses, yet today is sunny and totally dry. Definitely a day for contrasts.
