Irregular Choice Festive Footwear: Day 7

No Shoesday Tuesday fit review today whilst my Festive Footwear posts are ongoing. Today I have a style from 2019 that featured a new heel concept and read to the bottom of the post for a little online treat. Yesterday I featured the brand new Oven Baked Love Necklace from the 2021 Christmas Collection and my Festive Beauty blog will be up on Pink Haired Princess later.
These are Irregular Choice Santa's Helper, which feature a variation of the hourglass glitter filled heel that launched that same year for AW19. This time though it's filled with snow and little trinkets; a snowman in one and a Christmas tree in the other. There's no liquid in these, it's dry powder snow, so doesn't have that same magical float down that a traditional snowglobe would have. My only gripe with this heel is the height, I could do with it being just a teeny bit higher.
The sides of the glitter courts have all the characters we see in IC Christmas collections; Santa, Mrs Claus, elves, a snowman and Rudolph. I definitely play favourites with the Mrs Claus side because not only do I love IC's Mrs Claus, but their reindeer are always so beautiful.
Across the front, there are white flashing lights surrounding the sign, activated whilst walking, though you can choose to switch them on or off. There's no charging port for these, but I've had light up shoes from IC that I got years ago that still work fine. I've attached a flashing compilation video (please don't watch if flashing lights trigger you). Wait until the end when I'm in the dark, they're absolutely dazzling! You can find my fit review of this style here.
