Irregular Choice Festive Footwear: Day 18

We had daylight today, yahoo! It kept turning dark and cloudy but at least there were clouds and not just the grey skies we've had this week. I was running around trying to remember everything I needed to photograph! These shoes today, were the ones I couldn't find decent archive photos of yesterday, so I'm glad I managed that. Yesterday I posted the 2021 Poker Joker Bauble if you missed it and my Festive Beauty post on Pink Haired Princess will be up later.
Dreamy were the first Santa heels, but actually these were my first proper "Christmas" Irregular Choice shoes. This tinsel variation of Oz launched in 2009, in green or red alongside festive versions of Flick Flack.
I've long worshipped this carved perspex heel; it's my go-to heel if I'm needing something practical, sturdy and easy to walk on. This one is green to clear ombre with a pink tip, which saves the shoe from becoming super Christmassy in my opinion. Certainly, I've worn these many times outside of Christmas.
The uppers are fantastic, this hairy looking tinsel in a bold green with metallic bow and trim. I love the "Granny shoe" shape too, actually my most recent purchase is a similar style (Click Your Heels from the Wizard Of Oz collection).
The unusual shade of green has always played havoc in my shoe room, making other colours look dirty or just clashing (not in a good way), but imagine my shock today when the Rad Reindeer Tights from the 2021 collection were a perfect match. This definitely makes them more festive!
