Day 629 - Your Car Don't Work, We Can Go Without It

So it was my little sisters 30th birthday and all the family came round for a birthday lunch on Sunday.  We can't quite believe she's 30 as she still looks 12 in every sense!  It was a good day anyway with too much cake and treats!  She did get a juicer though, so I'm hoping she's going to make me lots of healthy juices; she has recipes for all-sorts (clearer skin, stronger nails, energy, detox etc).  I reckon I could get quite into it, especially in the summer months.  Onto my outfit and I haven't worn this dress yet, I keep taking it out then changing my mind, but it looked pretty yesterday with these shoes and the pony necklace.  It's got poodles and Eiffel Towers all over, which are adorable. I criss-crossed my straps rather than buckling them straight across just for something different (and it's really easy to do on these as the buckles swivel).

Fit: A little snug, narrow in the toe. 4" heel and adjustable buckles.
Comfort: My toes were aching!

Day 628 - I'm Free As A Bird, I'm High As A Kite

Shoes: Turquoise & Coral Heart 'Lady Dragon' Vivienne Westwood Anglomania & Melissa

Really quick post because I've been out all day with my Uni buddy and it's my ickle sisters b'day tomorrow. Don't think I've worn these shoes here before and I was absolutely in love with my hair today, although didn't get very decent pics of that! It was like a mix of old school Dolly Parton with Elizabeth Taylor.

Wearing: Floral dress H by Henry Holland, leggings and cardigan Primark, necklace (no idea, probably gift), earrings Claire's, rings-blue stone my Granny's, horse and unicorn Miss Selfridge, pearl gift, black Virgin Vie.
Fit: 4 1/4" heel, true to size.
Comfort: No issues with these.

Day 627 - We're Goin' To A Place Nearby, Gotta Go

Shoes: Cream 'Astoria' boots ASOS

I looked this dress out because it used to be one of my favourites, but hasn't been worn for a while. It was actually quite chilly today and we kept having hail storms, so I needed the ankle boots as I wasn't keen on exposing any flesh! I really can't keep up with this ever-changing weather, I thought I'd seen the last of my ankle boots but I guess not.

Wearing: Turquoise floral dress Dorothy Perkins, leggings, cardigan and leopard belt Primark.
Fit: True to size, 4" heel. Button detail are elasticated and side zip to get on and off.
Comfort: Easy to walk in, no problems with these.

Day 626 - Is The Prerogative To Have A Little Fun

Shoes: Floral 'Abigail's Party' Irregular Choice

Where does the time go? I ask you! It's ridiculous, every day I think I'll get so much done and then I'm always struggling and rushing things at the last minute. I've been a bit of a grump today actually, I think it's down to having not been outwith this street/house for the past 3 weeks. I've been snapping at everyone today, oops! Good thing my haircut looked really pretty today, so my moment of regret in chopping it all off only lasted a day. What do we think? Are we liking it? I'm going to try and put together a quick tutorial, although there's a few videos I'd like to make but never have the house to myself/time, so we'll see. Oh and all my outfit pics turned out too dark today, these were all I could salvage, sorry.

Wearing: Lilac lace dress, suede leggings, cardigan and scarf worn as belt all Primark, bunny hair bow Yama Yama Pretty Mama.
Fit: My original pair fit fine, my two bunny pairs are a little tight, these are a size larger than I usually take and are a more comfortable fit. Heel just over 4".
Comfort: No issues with these and easy to walk in.

Day 625 - Death Ain't Nothing But A Heartbeat Away

Shoes: Red 'Time For Teddy' Irregular Choice

Quick post because I'm pushed for time. New shoes...em hello gorgeous! Cutey and kooky, fabulous! Trying out red lippie this week, lightened it with a very pale nude and it turned out neon pink (totally clashing with my outfit), but eventually managed to get this bright but slightly toned down red.

Wearing: Dress H by Henry Holland, black leggings and bird scarf Primark.
Fit: True to size, teddy attaches with studs and can be removed. 3 1/4" heel (as low as I dare go!)
Comfort: Quite a 'hard' shoe, but no specific issues with them today.
