Day 624 - Don't Need No Hateration, Holleration In This Dancery

Shoes:  Black 'Smooch' Irregular Choice

I decided to wear bunny shoes today, it is Easter afterall.  I could find my green bunny Abigail's Party but I thought they were too matchy with this dress, I couldn't for the life of me find my pink pair (think they're hidden in the IC closet and I ain't getting stuck in there again).  I considered my I'm Bossy bunny shoes, but likewise the green felt too matchy and I could've worn my black pair but instead opted for these ice-cream sundae t-bars.  No bunnies or Easter theme in sight after all that!

Wearing: Green butterfly dress Dorothy Perkins, bunny hair bows Yama Yama Pretty Mama, black leggings Primark, bow belt (taken from dress) Tesco, cardigan Be Beau at Matalan.
Fit: Almost 4" heel, two stud fastening settings. Snug fit but I opt for my regular size.
Comfort: No issues although they'll probably be more comfortable after a few wears.

Day 623 - She Had Dumps Like A Truck Truck Truck

Shoes: Cat Tapestry 'Lita' Jeffrey Campbell

This change in weather has allowed me to revert back to wearing more wintery styles; like my fab cat Lita's that I hadn't yet had a chance to wear.  I've been conscious of trying to pick shoes that don't have pretty soles  (hello Irregular Choice) this week, because with all the roadworks going on outside-there's tar and crap everywhere and I don't want them ruined!

Wearing:  Teal lace dress Chloe Madeley at Asda, black leggings, cardigan and leopard belt all Primark, floral scarf M&Co.
Fit: I bought these from Office so they are EU/UK sized, these were a 38/5. Just under 5" heel and 1 3/4" platform.
Comfort: Didn't have any issues with these.

Day 622 - Broken Heart Again, Another Lesson Learnt

Shoes: Black 'Morgan' Messeca

Where have I disappeared to this week? I hear you ask. Well you may not believe this (unless you're in the UK), but on Monday it was freezing and rained all day, so I didn't go out, Tuesday it got worse and we had...snow! I know, how ridiculous is that? We haven't had a drop of snow all winter, then April appears and we literally went from shorts and sunglasses one day to fleeces and scarfs and gloves the next! Thankfully it was more like sleet here and hasn't stuck, but there's like 7" in parts of Aberdeenshire and it's moved south today and there are areas of England covered in a blanket of the white stuff. It's all rather freaky, especially as we were getting such beautiful, warm weather before that. Anyhow, it was still cold today, but dry, so I ventured out. I've been desperate to wear my new Messeca shoes, but couldn't as I was only wearing British brands last month. They make me extremely tall, I was like a giant in these today!

Wearing: Floral dress George at Asda, black leggings, cardigan and red bird postcard print scarf all Primark.
Fit: Run a little small, the US8 fit me (UK5) perfectly.
Comfort: I think the zip/ankle strap section could rub at the heel, but very easy to walk in.

Day 621 - Please Stick To The Rivers + The Lakes That You're Used To

Shoes: Pink 'Bambino' Irregular Choice

A very quickly put together outfit today as my nephews were visiting, but actually I rather like it. This dress was a £5 bargain in Primark and I loved the bright colours but thought 'do I really need it?'. Then I was like 'it's a freakin' fiver what are you dithering for'! Mum bought me this scarf the other week, another bargain reduced to a £1 or something like that and it's absolutely beautiful. It looks really expensive and is a proper old-lady scarf which I like, beautiful colours in it again. And a thank you to the light for hitting my face in exactly the right place in these pics, disguising the three huge spots I have ; )

Wearing: Floral sundress, cardigan, leggings and seahorse pendant all Primark, scarf M&Co.
Fit: Small fitting but no need to size up, although you may need to cut a longer button-hole as I did. 5" heel.
Comfort: I wore these for hours today with no problems, although I know not everyone will find them easy to walk in.

Day 620 - I'll Be Right Here When Your World Starts To Fall

Shoes: Beige Lady Dragon Cherries Vivienne Westwood Anglomania & Melissa

Hello, it was a little colder yesterday although still sunny.  I had a rather disappointing day as I was supposed to be going to Debenhams to use my £15 beauty club rewards on a Lancome gloss I've wanted for ages (I'm convinced it will sell out before I buy it).  Plus it was the last day of my bus pass (the saddest thing ever), however the buses have been rerouted due to our street being resurfaced and I couldn't walk the distance to the new bus stop.  To top I all there wasn't a single bit of work going on yesterday; on Friday the traffic struggled to get past and yesterday absolutely nothing, grrr!  I'm growing a bit frustrated with the whole thing because I'm pretty much trapped in my house until work is complete and don't have my bus pass anyway, so I'm only going somewhere if it's absolutely necessary because it's so bloomin' expensive.  Anyway, I was compiling this post last night as we took part in Earth Hour, so I couldn't see the keyboard never mind the individual keys!  I managed to edit the pics but typing was out of the question!  We managed the full hour in our house and roll on next year I say!

Wearing: Doggy dress H! By Henry Holland, blue leggings and boat scarf Primark, boat cardigan Peacocks.
Fit: 4 1/4" heel, true to size.
Comfort: No issues with these.
