Day 781 - Rough To The Touch, But I'm Sharper Than The Gleam In Your Eye

Shoes: Green spot 'Johnson' Menbur 

Been another busy day today. My sister and nephews visited again, then my friend came through with her wee boy, to swap presents in the afternoon. I was in my pj's when my sister arrived, but managed to throw together this outfit rather quickly! Hope I can do the same tomorrow because I've got an early start at the dental hospital (oh the joys).  No idea what to wear as it's supposed to be torrential rain and I don't really do wet weather...at all!

Wearing: Heart print 'Betty' dress Swan by Clements Ribeiro, spot tights Evans, belt taken from another dress, pearl bow clasp Primark.
Fit: Slim fitting, heel just under 5".
Comfort: I felt very stable in them, but they aren't the comfiest (felt my arches aching).

Day 685 - We Were Never Meant For Do Or Die

Shoes: Green spot 'Johnson' Menbur

I thought I'd manage to get caught up on posts today, but haven't, never mind.  So here's my outfit from Wednesday.  I'd bought these tights last week and was desperate to involve them in an outfit, not sure I did them or the shoes justice here or maybe it's just that my camera wasn't cooperating.  Fishnet and net covered satin shoes aren't the best of fabrics for a camera!   As for the shoes, you'll maybe recall me wanting them aaaages ago and I finally bought them a few months back and haven't worn them until now.  I added some shots below of the actual shoe seeing as I didn't think my foot shots were all that great.  Oh and I'm loving wearing my MAC Viva Glam Nicki lipstick this week-don't know why I was so afraid of it, just being bold and wearing it as bright as possible!

Wearing:  Bird print dress Dorothy Perkins, alphabet fishnet tights House of Holland.
Fit: Slim fitting, heel just under 5".
Comfort:  I felt very stable in them, this was my first outing though so I'm not sure how they'll perform for longer periods.

Day Twelve - Bridesmaid Shoes

These are my bridesmaid shoes, my friend bought me for her wedding.  Satin uppers in a lovely turquoise shade with a small platform, peep toe and looped bow detail. They are a little stiff for me right now and definitely need breaking in, which I'm doing by wearing them around the house with socks (too painful without thus far).    Wearing Menbur peep toes and H&M lace tie ankle socks.
