The Shoe Girl Styles It: Irregular Choice Curious Feeling 1
TSGSI is back after a brief break. I was getting myself in a muddle over my previous sets. I still had one final look to do and it just wasn't coming together and then too much time had passed and it seemed a bit late to bother with it. I fully intended to start afresh the week after, but I've been falling asleep lately during the day (literally can't keep my eyes open) or just feeling so lethargic that I can't blog. However, I got a wee request for TSGSI and usually I wouldn't choose a pair of shoes that aren't readily available, but I love a little challenge.
The shoes in question were Curious Feeling from the recent Irregular Choice Alice collection. Andrea was looking for something casual, so I put together this high-street outfit. I absolutely adore the swan collar on this Sugarhill Boutique top. I've always loved swans and the pastel colour of the top is so pretty. I paired it with jeans, not sure if you would tuck in the blouse or wear it out or do the trendy half tuck thang? I'll leave that up to you. I finished with this SkinnyDip dinky bag, yes, they now do non-novelty handbags, that are still fun. The touches of pink really bring out the pink the shoes. Finally the nail polish is from an Alice In Wonderland collection and this shimmering gold colour is called A Mirror Escape. I couldn't resist! What do you think, do you like this look?
Worn with: Sugarhill Boutique Nala swan top, Moto blue ripped Lucas jeans, SkinnyDip candy handle mini tote and OPI A Mirror Escape nail polish.

I'm not a jeans person but I do like the swan collar and I believe that they do a dress version..
ReplyDeleteThey do! Also comes in pale pink and navy I believe.
DeleteI DO like it!!! I always wish SGB did tops like this in cotton not synthetic because their aesthetic is beautiful!x
ReplyDeleteYeah they do pick up on lovely themes or prints.
DeleteYay - I love my set! Thanks for doing this. I'm a big fan of the Sugarhill Boutique stuff anyway. The colours together are so cute - and I hadn't thought of using mint. I'm off to check out the SG Boutique.
ReplyDeleteNo worries, was happy to. I've also made a plus size look and high end outfit, if you're looking for more inspo x
DeleteThat's great - love all the outfits -though the high end is a bit out of my price range but good for inspiration. Thanks again Gemma.
DeleteSo glad I could help x
