Last week I reviewed Bunny Palette which sadly had to be returned, I'm still gutted about that, but there's no point in keeping something I was unhappy with, especially if I couldn't cover that part. This week, I have something you've seen before but in a different colour.

Day 1247 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Rosie Posy | Irregular Choice (Rosanna Gault)
Like Teddy Toes last week, my shoes today are also from SS17. Back in 2010, Irregular Choice collaborated with the London College Of Fashion, where Rosanna Gault and So Yeon Sarah had their designs made, in a very limited collection. Rosanna was asked to rework her cut-out heart heel and floating platforms for SS17, where we were treated to 6 more variations. I ended up with 5 of those, some of which I've not yet shared here, though they all fit similarly.

Day 1241 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Garden Gala | Irregular Choice
Another fantastic sale pair for you today, after the rainbow Quartz Order boots last week. Garden Gala came in three colours and it might surprise you to know, that I didn't buy the green. It can happen folks! The other pair were black, but these pink ones stood out to me immediately. They're the brightest and most colourful of the bunch, so that's why! The heel is a textured metallic fuchsia and the uppers, a multi-coloured lurex with sporadic patches of sequins. The sequins are multi-coloured, but silver on the flip-side. However, the main attraction are the oodles of flower embellishments in varying sizes, colours and finishes. The yellow pompoms are a favourite, but really I love them all.

Day 1236 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Pixie Dust | Irregular Choice
A right oldie for you today. These super high platforms debuted for AW13 with various uppers. Marble Moose, Toffee Splatter and Antonella, I've shown here before. Tic Tac Toe, I've never owned (they seriously grew on me, I wish I did have them) and I don't know why Pixie Dust haven't appeared here until now, as I've had them all this time. They also came in green, I don't think there was a big enough contrast between the two to justify owning both. MM however came in three very different colourways that I'd happily buy all of!

Day 1229 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Smitten Kitten | Irregular Choice
A while back I went through about a years worth of folders on my laptop looking for shoes I hadn't yet shared here but already had pictures of. I've no idea why I didn't get to review these at the time. I bought most of this collection the day it launched as it was and remains one of my all-time favourite releases. It was the Family Reunion collection in Spring 2019, celebrating 20 years of Irregular Choice and this specific range focused on character heels, which you should all know by now, I love. It was a near perfect launch for me; bright colours, quirky materials and trims and obviously these amazing character heels, reinvented, some of which we hadn't seen since their original release. The cat heel was one of those.

Day 1205 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Hippokampos | Irregular Choice
Another old Irregular Choice sale buy I got a long time ago, but haven't shared yet. These also came in green, which we all know I'd usually be drawn to, but I really loved the multi-coloured gems on the black pair. The other pair were just one colour. I also love the multi-coloured trim, edging the shoe and the strap, it's stunning in real life, such vivid colours and a reptile finish. This shoe is just crazy embellished, they really threw everything at it, yet they're still pretty subdued compared to others in my collection.

Day 1195 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Paint A Cat | Irregular Choice
Apologies for not posting last week. I've been going through a stressful time trying to get vaccinated (long story) and the worry eventually took it's toll on me physically. I did get the vaccine last week, so obviously that's impacted me, as it's the first time I've left the house in over 14 months. So I was surprised I managed to take these photos today. I get used to a new level of pain pretty quickly to be honest (only my arm hurts from the vaccine, but I mean the pain from the outing), but I didn't want to miss another week of blogging. Anyway, these shoes launched on Friday, whilst I was at the hospital, typical!! By luck, my sister had the day off, so I had her prepped for what to buy on the off-chance they sold out before I got home. Thank goodness I did and she did so well getting them all, because I think they'd all gone after a few minutes and I wasn't home by then. I bought all 4 styles released and two sizes of one, so I'll be returning the pair that don't fit, so it is worth keeping checking and/or signing up for stock notifications as I'm sure there will be others that bought two to compare.

Day 1155 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Irregular Choice Fantastic Fawn
Hello! Haven't had a Shoesday post in a long time (April actually)! If you follow my Instagram or have seen my posts on Pink Haired Princess, you'll know I fell instantly in love with the most recent Irregular Choice collection. It was called Family Reunion and was basically a bunch of the oldest character heels remade in completely different uppers with some of the heels updated in new ways too. So, I thought I'd work my way through my haul with fit reviews, starting with my most favourite pair (yep, I've mentally ranked them), Fantastic Fawn.

Day 1154 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Irregular Choice black Kir Royal
I'm realising throughout #365daysofIrregularChoice on Instagram that there's an awful lot of shoes I've had for a while that I've never posted fit reviews for here. I can remember back to when I started my Shoesday Tuesday posts, as I'd been less able to get dressed and out of the house, so didn't have outfits to show here and I figured a time would come when I didn't have any fresh shoes to share either. That was the reason I kept it to once weekly, as any more than that and I might've run out. Wow, why did I think so naively?!! Do not fear, the posts will continue for a looong time! Actually I rarely posted outfits last year, so still have those to share at some point too. Ah the to-do list is another endless task. Ok, back to the shoes and you may recall me buying these in mint, reviewed here in 2017. Well I wasn't as enamoured with the black version to be honest, but the more I saw them, the more they grew on me. I managed to get them in the sale and I should've sized down, because like the mint pair they are large. Same deal, roomy all over, especially wide in the heel area. Mine were sent missing the pearl straps, so I had to wait a while to get replacements from the factory. Had it come down to it, they could've shared with the mint pair, but clipping and unclipping 4 sets of pearls would've become a bit tiresome.

Day 1143 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Woodland Playtime boots, Irregular Choice Disney Bambi
I'm going to try and keep chatter to a minimum this week because I'm absolutely exhausted. These boots arrived late yesterday (too late for photos), so I managed to shoot them earlier today to get them onto the blog. I only bought two pairs of shoes from the collections that launched last Friday, these and a Dumbo pair. There wasn't much in the way of high heels in these ranges and that's what I prefer. No character heels either which is always a slight disappointment. In saying that, the bags slayed (I got lots) and both boots were pricey, so I'm kinda thankful as that was all I could afford.

Day 1136 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Irregular Choice blue Ember Starwand
Ugh, I was so over these photos last week! I photographed them last Monday, didn't have time to edit them until the Tuesday, thought I had nothing more to do than crop, resize etc and it was going great until I ran into some issues when resizing. I don't know if there's a technical term for what was happening, there probably is, but my tights were coming out swirly. Like they had a knots of wood or a psychedelic swirl pattern to them. Sometimes, it was super, super strong and really distracting. Cropping further only intensified the issue. The only way around it was to either edit it out (I'm not a whizz at these things) or not crop the image at all, just resize. That wasn't an option for me as the photos stopped being about the shoes and instead became about the legs and the room. Like I say, I'm not very good at photo editing and it got to the point I was ready to lash the laptop out the window y'know? My head quite literally hurt and it was just picture after picture with swirls and more swirls. I considered leaving it like that and explaining to you what was going on, but honestly, I couldn't concentrate on the shoes for the busy tights, it was really distracting. So, I've left it a week in the hope I'm not quite as P'd off when looking at the photos now! I was just angry I spent so much time on something that shouldn't have taken as long. If the tights look a bit dodgy, it's my lack of prowess at editing (and tiredness trying to complete it at midnight) rather than the tights themselves. They are fleece lined, so really thick and completely opaque, so if anything I figured these would be less likely to perform the way they did, but I guess the weave has just been manipulated in the photos. It's safe to say I'll never wear these for blog photos again!

Day 1135 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Irregular Choice turquoise Angelica Pearson
Hello! I suspected you might want to see the boots from the fairy toadstool launch first, as the style is a little different. Help me out on this Instagram post though with which tights you'd like to see next week for the shoes. I'm really going back and forth between the two and can't make a decision on which I like best. Thank you to everyone who voted so far, I didn't expect so many comments. If you haven't guessed, I am keeping both the shoes and boots. I decided this pretty early on and thanks to my family for not letting me starve whilst I pay them back!

Day 1130 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Waikiki by Irregular Choice
I'm back! Or rather my feet are. I hope you've missed my shoe posts, I've certainly missed my weekly dose of Shoesday blogging. I have a longer post over on Pink Haired Princess regarding my health this year and why I had to take a break from blogging, if you don't follow me over there, it's worth a read rather than me repeating it all here. The good thing (for you) is, I have a ginormous backlog of Shoesday and outfit posts. So I'm going to try and work my way through them when I can. Without stressing about it, I must add! It's funny, after I finished the shoe challenge all those years ago and started just working off new shoes or rare outfit posts, I expected the blog to come to a standstill. Every time I think I'm maybe about to run out of new posts, a big collection comes out and I seem to be back to not seeing an end in sight. A good thing! Anyway, these are my latest purchase, one of two pairs actually because I really loved this launch.

12 Shoes Of Christmas - Day 5

I'm having a little bit of a meltdown today. A week today, it's Christmas Eve. I don't know how that happened! I feel both November and December have just flown by. I haven't even tackled my Christmas cards yet (I have bought them, so I suppose that's something), but I've not wrapped anything, I still have something to get for my Dad and another little thing for Mum. It's supposed to be easier this year because my friends and I decided against us all sending presents (they all have children now, so I bought for the kids instead, but between 5 of them, there's 11 children). I've had a headache all week that only subsides to bring back my old pal, chest pain or sometimes I get both at once! Plus I have the usual tiredness, aches and pains, which don't go away just because it's Christmas.

Shoes: 'Beryl' Orla Kiely for Clarks
Hello, hope this week is treating you well so far. Decidedly winter...not really cold, but where's the daylight? We're putting the lights on earlier each night and leaving them on later in the morning. I hate this time of year for that reason, makes blogging (taking photos) a bit of a nightmare.

Day 946 - I'm Mad You Think I Hurt You

Shoes: Nude satin 'Bailey' KG by Kurt Geiger
Today was a bit of a strange day. I was late to bed last night (getting stuck back into eBay-nothing exciting!), then rudely awakened by the workmen (at a ridiculous hour)-cue whole house shaking, drilling and banging like you've never heard! So I got up, did a little internet shopping, had a shower and usually I would write the rest of the day off, but I got dressed and went out for a walk. I knew the forecast was for torrential rain tomorrow and as I haven't been out much lately, I wanted some fresh air while I could. Plus I miss doing my outfit posts when I'm stuck in my jammies all day! So I suppose the early start was actually a help to me. I didn't manage a Monster High Monday makeup look again this week sadly, but I'm hoping to get back into the swing of it again soon.
Wearing: Heart print dress and tights Primark, red patent belt and horse scarf gifts, black cardigan Red Herring.
Fit: True to size, 4 3/4" heel.
Comfort: Aching arches, but they don't rub and are easy enough to walk in.

Day 941 - When She Dances, She Moves Me To A Smile

Shoes: Green 'Petrisha' Irregular Choice
I had a complete mental block when it came to remembering the name of these shoes. I had to do some digging through my archives to find them! It's been some time since I wore them, but now that it's turned (bitterly) cold, I'm trying to find heavier shoes like these. I feel like I'm in a bit of a rut shoe-wise currently, permanently rotating the same 'few' pairs. I replaced my winter shoes and boots with summer ones in Spring, but now I really don't want to go to the trouble of switching back. I thought I'd have my shoe room almost sorted by now and recall switching pairs into the wrong boxes because I was exhausted at the time and so now have no idea where anything is. Plus anything that involves 'shoe-mountain' always seems to unearth hidden spiders, so I'm a bit dubious about digging around in there. Unless I want to wear peep toed jellies in the snow though, I'm going to have to! It'll be nice to think that next time the seasons change, I'll have an easier time of it and won't have to do any digging at all. Anyway, I love these shoes even if they aren't the comfiest. The inners are quite scratchy and sometimes my arches ache, but they are so easy to walk in and look ridiculously cool, plus I love that colour.
Wearing: Neon floral dress H By Henry Holland, leggings and cardigan Primark, belt Swan by Clements Ribeiro.
Fit: Small, I needed a size-up. Heel just under 5 1/2" with a 2" platform.
Comfort: A good solid base to walk on.

Day 905 - Been Around The World And Never Even Left The Room

Shoes: Navy and gold 'Can't Touch This' Irregular Choice
So yesterday Mum and I went on 'adventures' with the wheelchair. We wanted to go somewhere different, so there's a lovely walk not too far from our house, but somewhere we don't often frequent. It's a little rugged and not built for a wheelchair really, but Mum had sussed it out last week and thought she'd manage. There was only one bit where I had to get out (right at the start) which involved a really steep slope that to be honest I struggled to walk down, so it would've been impossible in the wheelchair. It was so tranquil in parts, mixed with fearing for your life in other bits! There's a stream running through and at one point you're high above it, with a sheer drop at the side of the footpath...I said to Mum "whatever you do, don't let me go"! Mum and I are terrified of dogs too and this is like dog-walkers paradise, I just wish they'd keep them on leads as it's scary to have a big slobbery mouth and teeth at your level! Read on for some photos...
Wearing: Paris print dress H By Henry Holland, lace vest M&Co, leggings Primark.
Fit: Almost 4" heel, adjustable buckle. Snug fit but I opt for my regular size.
Comfort: My only complaint is it's hard to find the holes in the dark fabric for the buckle (it's also navy on the reverse of the strap).

I didn't have my camera with me, only my phone which was a waste as there were so many wonderful things to capture. My phone did a decent enough job and I thought I'd share some photos with you; a little bridge which I expect a troll lives under (too much Dora?), a meadow that looked liked unicorns would gallop along and the most peaceful lake (with adorable little ducklings which popped out to see us) and then...

...this is glitter, a ton of glitter on the footpath. I can't think why anyone would be carrying a pot of glitter along here (and by gum, it would've been a massive pot), so my mind goes to fairy dust. It has to be, right? Even my Dad thinks so.
