Shoes: Bunny Palette | Irregular Choice 

Another relatively recent purchase for you today, but sadly one I've not been able to keep.  Last week I reviewed my second pair of Looney Tunes, the Merrie Melodies heels, if you missed those.  As you'll be aware if you're a regular reader of the blog, Irregular Choice began making "Paint Your Own Heel" shoes a couple of years ago.

Back to normality this week with my Tuesday fit review post.  Firstly, Happy New Year, I haven't actually said that to anyone yet.  I've not been feeling great, exhaustion I think from the festive period, doing too much blogging (if you combine my posts from 2018, 2019 and 2020, it's still 20 less than I blogged in 2021!) and my booster the week before Christmas.  I'm sleeping a lot, struggling to move around and was nearly sick the other night, probably as I took these photos during the day.  I still don't know my limits, clearly!  Anyway, my sister got me these shoes for Christmas.

Shoes: Paint A Flopsy | Irregular Choice 

I wasn't going to show you these until I decorated the heel, but seeing as I shared the Paint Your Own Heels collection from 2021, I figured I may as well show the originals.  These launched last March, before the unicorns (which I can't show you because they are half done, but I've neglected them for months).  The collection in 2021 also included a bunny heel (Paint A Bunny), which I felt was different enough to justify owning both (and I have different ideas for the heels).

Here's the final Irregular Choice 'Paint Your Own Heels' style from the collection that launched last month.  Like the bunnies last week, the plain unicorn heel was initially released last year (I blogged about them here) and once more I felt these were different enough to own both.

Shoes: Paint A Bunny | Irregular Choice

So here are the third pair of Paint Your Own Heels from the recent Irregular Choice collection, you can find my fawn pair from last week here.  Last year when IC launched their first heels to decorate, the bunny mould was one of them.  I bought them, but haven't done anything to them yet (have had a plan for a long time, but just never gotten round to it).  That pair were yellow sequins court shoes, so these felt different enough to also buy.

Shoes: Paint A Fawn | Irregular Choice 

Today, I have my second pair from the Paint Your Own Heel collection that launched at Irregular Choice the other week.  My cat heels from last week are reviewed here if you missed them.  Once more, I won't be wearing these as they are, I'll definitely be decorating them, I just haven't decided on what to do yet.  As soon as I saw them, I felt they were the ones most inspiring me and the cats less so, but actually I already have my cat concept and I'm now struggling a bit with these.  The uppers are amazing; this bold purple, actually more pinkish than the Cadbury purple they look here.  I can't think of any proper purple shoes I have from IC (or anywhere actually) and certainly not a character heel, so they really excite me in that aspect.  I'm just trying to think of something I can do to compliment such a vivid colour as I don't want to dull it down.  The glitter part is stunning and the main material is a textured croc-metallic.

Shoes:  Paint A Cat | Irregular Choice 

Apologies for not posting last week. I've been going through a stressful time trying to get vaccinated (long story) and the worry eventually took it's toll on me physically. I did get the vaccine last week, so obviously that's impacted me, as it's the first time I've left the house in over 14 months.  So I was surprised I managed to take these photos today. I get used to a new level of pain pretty quickly to be honest (only my arm hurts from the vaccine, but I mean the pain from the outing), but I didn't want to miss another week of blogging.  Anyway, these shoes launched on Friday, whilst I was at the hospital, typical!! By luck, my sister had the day off, so I had her prepped for what to buy on the off-chance they sold out before I got home. Thank goodness I did and she did so well getting them all, because I think they'd all gone after a few minutes and I wasn't home by then.  I bought all 4 styles released and two sizes of one, so I'll be returning the pair that don't fit, so it is worth keeping checking and/or signing up for stock notifications as I'm sure there will be others that bought two to compare.
