Day 831 - I'm Broke But I'm Happy

Shoes: Fuchsia 'Harem Harlequin' Irregular Choice

Really quick post tonight...this outfit came to mind in my bed last night. I wanted to wear my midi-dress as a top and thought this summer skirt would work well length wise and with black tights. I brightened it up with some fabulous pink heels!

Wearing: Black midi dress (worn as top), scenic print skirt, black tights and coat all Primark, belt Dorothy Perkins.
Fit: True to size, adjustable buckle on strap, 5" heel and just over 1" platform.
Comfort: Could rub at the strap/heel after a while.

Day 830 - Your Love Is Like A River, Peaceful And Deep

Shoes: Green 'Low Level Danger' Irregular Choice

Hello peeps! I went shopping today, I just needed to get out. So I didn't have much time for photos before or afterwards.  I managed to find a shop selling Cadbury Wishes (the limited edition shaped stars that come out at Christmas), so I was in heaven. My Mum made me put back the whole box (I seriously wanted them all) and let me have 4. I'm going back for more, ssshhh! I bought a couple of Henry Holland things too which I haven't tried on yet, but hope they fit. I want lots from his collection at Debenhams this season (well when I do I not?).  Believe it or not my shoes are lit up in this image, it takes a hard stamp of the foot and super quick reflexes to capture it on camera!  I'll post a really darkened image of it on my Facebook page later which shows the lights better.

Wearing: Pansy 'Betty' dress Swan by Clements Ribeiro, grey tights Primark, logo stripe handbag Love Moschino, peacock and bird rings gift, owl ring (taken from a set) H&M, frog ring Miss Selfridge, chain earrings Mawi.
Fit: Quite large in the heel, double stud placement, 4 1/2" heel.
Comfort: Slip off the heel.

Day 829 - Got A Water Bottle Full Of Whiskey In My Handbag

Shoes: Black patent 'Paw Paw' Irregular Choice

Look at me all organised with an early-ish post today and a virtual high-five for three posts in one day yesterday! Think that could be my record. Would be even better if I gave you that Sunday-post that keeps getting ignored, it was a good outfit as well! Today however, I started with these tights and tried to build an outfit around it. Harder than it looks. Should I continue the pastel theme or would it be floral and pale colour overload? I pondered a few things, but nothing was jumping out at me.  So the next stop was shoes....and when I spotted these, the rest of the outfit came together easily and not another pastel colour in sight!

Wearing: Black midi dress, deer scarf, cardigan and coat all Primark, floral lace tights Miss Selfridge, Mischief sunglasses Irregular Choice, belt Dorothy Perkins.
Fit: True to size, a little 'flat' in the toe. Adjustable buckle on strap. Just over 4" heel.
Comfort: The back rubbed on one foot and the flat toe is annoying after a while!

Day 828 - Mama Told Me Not To Waste My Life

Shoes: Red velvet 'Lillie' cherry Topshop

Hello, still not got round to editing my outfit from a week past Sunday (!), but here is my look today. I would wear this dress pretty much every day if I could and for today I decided to team it with my lovely cherry platforms from Topshop, which I don't think have been worn since the Christmas before last. They are super, super pretty. I've just about finished my Monster High Monday makeup post on Pink Haired Princess which involved bright red lips and a purpley smokey eye as you can see, a little different from what I'd usually wear (the lipstick was crazy bright in the flesh)!

Wearing: Heart 'Betty' dress Swan by Clements Ribeiro, black tights and coat Primark, belt Dorothy Perkins.
Fit: True to size, the ankle strap is particularly small but fine for me in the last hole. Heel 5 6/8", platform 1 1/2".
Comfort: No problems, quite high though so not for everybody.

Day 827 - Secretly She Wanted Him As Well

Shoes: Turquoise poodle ankle boots Irregular Choice

Hola, here's my outfit from yesterday as I'm still in my jim-jams today! I've been trying to wear these boots for a wee while after thinking I'd not worn them for ages. The colour is quite difficult to work into my winter wardrobe though, so I tried them with this summery dress. I think it just sorta worked, maybe the hem is a little long for boots though. I wore the boots completely folded down, you have a couple of options and they fasten with a stud.

Wearing: Floral dress Dorothy Perkins, black cardigan Bonmarche, black tights Primark.
Fit: Just over 4" slim wedge heel, true to size. Can be worn several ways.
Comfort: No problems with these.

Day 826 - Two Black Cadillacs Driving In A Slow Parade

Shoes: Taupe 'Saflufy' Faith

S'up peeps? I've had the house to myself all day, ahhhh peace! So I've managed to get a fair bit of work done, although I just realised I still haven't shown you my outfit from Sunday that I didn't post at the time. Speaking of old news, apparently last time I wore these boots was...January 2011, yikes! It actually took until December last year for me to realise we were in 2012...I think I thought it was 2011, woops! Also when my sister has her birthday in January, I have a habit of making myself a year older too, so when it comes round to my birthday in May I'm all confused and and usually add on another year (crap I'll be a pensioner before you know it that way!).  Anyway not sure why I went off on a tangent there!  Lovely cute little boots that don't get worn often enough because they are brown and you all know I have issues pairing that with black which is the base colour for the majority of my wardrobe! I do like the brown though and they're very cosy too!

Wearing: Neon floral dress H By Henry Holland, suede leggings and coat Primark, than belt taken from another dress.
Fit: True to size, 4 1/4" heel, fully lined and lace up front.
Comfort: Easy to walk in, no problems.
