I have another high heel for you this week, after my Vivienne Westwood tartan shoes last time. Irregular Choice just launched their Looney Tunes collection and loving this new character heel, I ordered a couple of pairs intending to keep just one (it came in this ankle boot or two colourways of a court shoe). The pair I have today are definitely my favourite of the two, so let's start with them. This style is exclusive to IC, so only available online from their website and from their Brighton store (the only one left in the UK currently). Firstly, I adore their name, "Saturday Morning", it brings back memories of watching cartoons when I was little with my sisters. When I was 12 I started a paper round, so TV had to wait until I got home (I recall rushing home for The Legend Of Prince Valiant). Even as a kid though, I have to admit I got really frustrated with the continual chase and animosity between duos such as Tweety and Sylvester and Tom & Jerry, it tired me out!

Shoes: Shoot For The Stars | Irregular Choice
Today I have another style from AW21, after my Little Red Riding Hood inspired ankle boots last week, from the same season. Shoot For The Stars grabbed my attention when they launched, but unsure of how practical they'd be for me, I didn't buy them. I kept going back to them and decided to take the plunge recently at a very good sale price. They came in 2 colours and I had the option of both. Initially I was drawn to the more green pair (you know me!), but it wasn't until I saw 'real' photos of these that I realised how green and blue they were too. The lightning bolt on this pair, have a mirrored finish with printed stars. The colour flips between bright green and blue in the light, often with purple in between, which you'll see throughout my photos.

Day 1220 - Shoesday Tuesday
Shoes: Eres Hermosa | Irregular Choice
I had hoped to show you something from the new Irregular Choice Christmas collection that launched last Friday. However my order was supposed to arrive on Saturday, but due to an error, didn't come until today, so I've had to change plans to an older style and very non-Christmassy I might add!

Shoes: Heavens Above (dinosaur) | Irregular Choice
You may remember me buying the unicorn version of these shoes early last year. I resisted the dinosaurs for a long time, but a while back, I got them in the sale, when the price was just too good to refuse. At first glance you think they are really similar to the pegasus print, but actually side-by-side, they are quite different.

Shoes: The Cat In The Hat | Irregular Choice
I've finished my festive footwear posts, so this week, I have another recent purchase, The Cat In The Hat boots from the Dr Seuss collection. This collection was split into 2 parts, with CITH coming first, then The Grinch in time for Christmas. I didn't buy anything from that launch...there's several things I like, but I can't afford them after all the Christmas stuff. I also technically couldn't afford these and therefore didn't buy them on launch day, but a birthday voucher I'd been saving for something else (but ended up getting for a better deal elsewhere) meant I saved quite a bit.

Shoes: Irregular Choice Luxovious (by Rowena Barriskill)
The last of my Irregular Choice Super Fan collection fit reviews today. This is another pair Rowena designed and I've already reviewed them in-depth on Pink Haired Princess, if you haven't seen that. Like I said over there, this rainbow sheen on the snakeskin pattern really, really shines in these photos. You can not only see the high-shine, but all the rainbow colours, it's so cool.

Day 1158 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Irregular Choice The Kringles
What's this? Surely not a new blog post...yes, it is! I think the last time I blogged here was in summer when I was going through all the Family Reunion collection from May. It's been a bit of a tough year to manage blogging and everyday stuff, so unfortunately it's fallen by the wayside. My poor wee blog has forgotten who I am! I have been keeping up with the #365daysofIrregularChoice challenge on Instagram (well, not quite keeping up, but getting there), so if you're in need of a daily dose of shoe wearing, that's where to hit me up. 300+ items to ogle so far! I'm realising that we're nearing the end of the year, so I can now grab all the good stuff that I was saving in the hope of getting to wear them for real, but instead I'll probably only be wearing my festive pairs outside now. Which brings me to this post and I added another couple of pairs to my IC Christmas stash this year. These are the pair I was most taken with, they are just so, so gorgeous, even better in the flesh than I was expecting. Last year we were treated to the Ginger's House ankle boot and I really enjoyed having something slightly more casual to choose from. I have 4 pairs of Santa heels, along with the snow globes from last year, so the boots in comparison were really 'wearable'. This pair are a bit more, well a lot more glitzy, the gold sequins is dazzling. Blindingly bright. They flip to a less shiny silver on the other side if you so wish. The red glitter parts actually have sporadic tiny gold stars in. These stars are super pretty, but shed very easily. I keep catching something glistening on the carpet and find it's another fallen star!

Day 1142 - Shoesday Tuesday

Shoes: Irregular Choice Muppets, The Great Gonzo
I'm way out of my comfort zone in these shoes today, because they are...gasp...mid heels! You know I loved The Muppets collection and I already have the Gonzo bag and purse to match these shoes (though more on that later). I recently completed my Muppets collection by managing to find all the high heels and I extended this to mid heels too, because I loved the styles regardless of the heels. The uppers on these are quite unusual in my collection, so that's why I was drawn to them. Yes, I'd love them more if they were higher heeled, but I just wanted a pair of Gonzo shoes and they didn't come any higher, so I bit the bullet and got them.

Day 1140 - I Would've Noticed A Gold Wedding Band, Diane

Shoes: Black Eternal Friends, Irregular Choice
Hold up, how have I never worn these on the blog before? I checked back and I included them in the 12 Shoes Of Christmas post I did with Tomi back in 2015, but I can't find a separate Shoesday post for them at all. Usually I'd remember taking photos and never getting around to posting them, but I'm not even sure I've done that. Anyway, I did wear these the week before last and was trying to work out if it was their first wear. I think I may have answered that, judging by the lack of photos here. I really don't know how I've missed posting them on the blog before, but here they are with a full outfit.

Shoes: Irregular Choice Lady Misty
I bought these a few months ago, when they were released alongside the velvet cat pair (Stars At Night here). I've said it many a time before, but I will forever buy styles with this heel, I love it.

12 Shoes Of Christmas - Day 9

How is the run up to Christmas going for you? I feel like I'm getting somewhere now. I ordered the last couple of things on Saturday, which surprisingly arrived today (though I could've done without the early morning text when they got to the local sorting office). My cards are written and sent and my friend is coming on Wednesday night to pick up a present for her wee boy (Playmobil pirate ship) and my Auntie and Uncle during the day. Now I just have to tackle the wrapping. Might need some help on that one as my arms tire easily and I get frustrated when they start shaking and I end up in a tangle of twisted sticky tape and creased paper!

Day 492 - Irregular Choice Special #19
Shoes: Blue and peach star 'Audrina' Irregular ChoiceI'm blogging a day behind but will hopefully manage to catch up tomorrow. I had an appointment at the optician today and my nephews came out this morning, so this is the first time I've sat down. My photos from yesterday are pretty crap though, I've just realised, oops! There are none of the actual dress or the belt I was wearing, so I've adapted some from last time I wore this dress! It was another lovely day on Sunday and this week is supposed to be glorious (aside from Tuesday). In typical Scottish/UK style though, they are anticipating snow for October. Oh yeah, shorts one minute, gloves the next! About these shoes...they are lovely, but I much prefer their sister style 'Whitney' for comfort and sizing. I always have to buy a size larger in Audrina because the vamp comes far up the foot and really cuts into my skin. Actually this pair aren't as bad as my suede versions and I had to sell the orange suede pair because they were far too painful to wear. Strange when they're all the same style, but there you go!
Wearing: Coral lace dress G21 at Asda, brown belt taken from dress (Primark), cream pearl cardigan Dorothy Perkins.
Fit: See above, take a size up. Heel 5".

Day Two Hundred & Eighty - Starman
Had a pretty successful shopping trip for all the presents I needed and surprisingly didn't buy anything for myself (patting myself on the back!). I came home with a floral bucket that I filled with colourful kitchen utensils, a floral dustpan and brush and matching washing up gloves, 3 aprons that you would actually want to wear as dresses and oven gloves covered in shoes and handbags! I'm afraid all my wedding presents are very girly based, but hey it's what I do best. Very glam pop platforms today-I actually need a bigger size in these because the vamp comes quite far up the foot and is rather tight across the foot (it looks really tight here, but it's just after a long day and the angle I think). The actual inside length of the shoe would've been fine in a size 5 though. They have a lovely stitching detail and contrast striped section. The peep toe is tiny, so you don't actually see your toes.

Day Two Hundred & Sixty Six - Love Me Tender
Hi gang! I'm very excited with my River Island order that just arrived-surprisingly I managed to avoid buying shoes and instead opted for a bag, some tights and jewellery. It's been a lovely day today, but I've been waiting for this parcel to be delivered so couldn't leave the house! Had it been raining I'm sure it would've arrived first thing! Cutesy shoes today anyway, love the curvy heart shape.
