Shoes: Black suede and floral 'Specialzo' Irregular Choice
What's happening peeps? I disappeared on ya, I know. I actually took inventory of my shoe collection last week...a daunting task. Technically it's not of everything, because I still have several pairs in storage that I can't account for, but this included all the pairs in my room. After selling loads on eBay and giving some away to charity shops, I just wanted to be able to see exactly what I had left and what I could get rid of. I had another great weekend on eBay, selling several pairs, some I was very sad to see go. I'm at the stage where I've gotten rid of the average pairs and it's only my favourites remaining. I'm trying to be much stricter with my buying habits and if they don't fit well, I let them go. That's what happened with this lovely pair. I ordered them online and they're just too tight on me, so I sold them before I could become too attached! They have this ankle strap which fastens with velcro with a huge floral flower! They're really stunning and unusual and I'm not going to say any more or I'll regret letting them go!
Wearing: No outfit post.
Fit: A little tight across the foot. Almost 4" heel.
Comfort: As with all these heels, they are easy to walk in.

Day 572 - I'm In Tune With How You Feel
Shoes: Black 'Toad In the Hole' Irregular Choice
Same boots as I wore a couple of days ago, I know-lame blogger, but it proves how much I love them! I did lace them up slightly differently this time. And yes that hat is super-glued to my head!! It was genuinely freezing on Friday and Mum wanted me to go with her to this charity soup lunch thing and we had a little frost and in places, ice-so I wasn't sure if it was going to be slippy out, so these were my sensible choice. It was actually fine, but I definitely needed the boots for warmth. This was my first time wearing them with tights, remember I was worried about transfer from the fur to leggings or tights? They weren't too bad actually, although I only wore the boots for a couple of hours. I still can't get over the contrast of last winter compared to this year, it's incredible! The pavement gritter came along today and we only ever see that with deep snow...there's rain on the pavements just now, that's it! I reckon the council have too much grit and are trying to get rid of it and to think they got slammed for running out of it last year-they can never win, can they?
Wearing: Cream collar dress Pearl Lowe at Peacocks, black tights and hat Primark.
Fit: True to size, inside zip, so no need to undo all the laces. Heel 4 3/4" and platform 1 3/4".
Comfort: No issues with these.

Day 571 - On Sleepless Roads The Sleepless Go
Shoes: Black suede 'Diamontina' Irregular Choice
Hello, hope you're enjoying the weekend. This was my 'off day' on Thursday, wasn't feeling that great, couldn't be bothered-one of those days. My outfit was purely comfort and I'm wearing absolutely no makeup...shock, horror. Plus I actually posted pics of that, more shock, horror! Haha. I have a couple more posts I'd like to catch up on this weekend, so stay tuned.
Wearing: Pink and black floral dress ASOS, suede leggings and hat both Primark, belt gift.
Fit: True to size. Kinda difficult to measure this heel, but to the first point it's 5".
Comfort: Really comfy and you definitely don't feel like this is a 5" heel, easy to walk in too.

Day 570 - I Wish Today It Will Rain All Day
Shoes: Black 'Toad In the Hole' Irregular Choice
Hi! Feeling a bit under the weather today, but this outfit is from yesterday. It was rather cold or actually I really just wanted to wear my cosy, fluffy boots and it was an excuse! Every step you take wearing these boots is total bliss, it's just fluffy softness-I love it! Plus, I told you I loved this hat, I've been wearing it all week! If you hadn't noticed, I've started using song lyrics-just whatever is in my head or happens to be on-as my title...a) because after 570 posts I was running out of ideas and b) I was really never very good at making catchy titles up anyway!
Wearing: Black floral dress Dorothy Perkins, cardi, hat both Primark, high-shine leggings Miss Selfridge.
Fit: True to size, inside zip, so no need to undo all the laces. Heel 4 3/4" and platform 1 3/4".
Comfort: No issues with these.

Day 569 - Who's That Chick?
Shoes: Green 'Petrisha' Irregular Choice
I've decided to give my hair a break from curling this week (well actually I've not had time after my showers to pin it up), so I thought it was funny to see this pic of it totally straight. I haven't styled it at all (nor cut my fringe for months)-that's just exactly how it's sitting after it dried and I ran a brush through it, as I knew it was just going under a hat anyway. I actually don't recognise myself in the mirror with straight hair now, it's weird! Onto the outfit, I was going to wear my fur hat, then decided on my woolly one which is fast becoming my favourite, comfy hat, hence the different pics. Aren't these shoes stunning? I love the style and that gorgeous dark dusky mint colour. My only problem is the lining, it's sparkly fabric and very scratchy. I think it'll snag tights, it's uncomfortable against the skin and hurts when you're pushing your feet into the shoes. I was getting bored of the crushed velvet season after season, but actually I'd have loved it in these, would be so much comfier : (
Wearing: Lilac pansy dress Fearne Cotton at Very, suede leggings, hats and horse print coat all Primark.
Fit: Feel small, I needed a size-up. Heel just under 5 1/2" with a 2" platform.
Comfort: I don't like the lining, it scratches and the shoe is already quite 'hard' so they would benefit from a softer lining of velvet, leather or cotton like other IC's. That said they are extremely easy to walk in, you have a good solid base.

Day 568 - Them Hustlas Like My Fashion
Shoes: Mash'a'Mallow Kandee
Hello chickadees! A gorgeous pair of shoes yesterday that I've had for a while but never worn. I certainly never imagined I'd get to wear them in January but the weather has been kind this month. You definitely need to size up on this style, they fit perfectly a whole size larger. They are really quite heavy with all those gold studs but have a pretty soft, pink sole to contrast the tough spikes! As you can see, I've lost the little space I had in my bedroom for photo-taking...this time to a whole load of shoes I'm eBaying...it kinda breaks my heart to sell some of them, but needs must and I already have my eye on a rather expensive pair that are going to sell fast, so need the cash quickly! Oh and I did something different with my eyeliner yesterday, going straight across the top rather than a curved flick to my wing...it was kinda cool.
Wearing: Dog print dress H by Henry Holland, black fleece lined tights, wool hat, polka dot coat and cardi all Primark.
Fit: Small, take a whole size up. Gosh I've forgotten to measure the heel on these (again! I have about 3 different shoes measurements in my head but not these-will update).
Comfort: No problems with these and the heel is much more manageable than normal Kandees.

Day 567 - A Bird Without Its Wings
Shoes: Wine suede and snakeskin 'Slink' Topshop
Here's my outfit from Friday. These shoes had just arrived from Topshop and I was desperate to wear them, aren't they gorgeous? I struggled to get a decent shot indoors as it was too dark; so sneakily took this with my phone when I was out for a walk. The colour still isn't spot on, they're more a reddish wine. Anyway, I'm wearing them with a dress I've had for ages but have never worn, it's gorgeous too. My cardi has birds on it too, but I say there's no such as thing as overdoing the birdy theme!
Wearing: Bird print dress Red Herring at Debenhams, swallow cardigan Dorothy Perkins, navy fleece lined tights and fur hat Primark, fur trim coat Boutique at M&Co.
Fit: True to size, adjustable buckle fastening. 5 3/4" heel and 1 1/4" platform.
Comfort: No issues with these and reasonably easy to walk in.
