Shoes: Pastel 'Bubbly Gum' Kandee
I'm getting myself all muddled with juggling three posts in my head! This is from yesterday and what I'd like to call my 'Unicorn Feet'. I was delirious when the wind started blowing outside, ruffling my pretty, pastel 'feathers' and giving me unicorn like hooves (see bottom pic)! I was a little (actually completely) worried that I'd break these attachments getting them on and off. There is no opening, just two very thin strings of elastic (covered in pretty pink pearls) at the back and it was stretched to capacity coming over my heel! I really didn't want to take them off, because I could tell they were going to burst, but thankfully I managed...although I'm terrified of wearing them again as pretty as they are. I played up the pastel theme but being wintry, had to add a black cardi, leggings and a vest underneath this dress.
Wearing: Diner print dress Very, black leggings, vest and coat Primark, cardigan Bonmarche, ankle attachments taken from the So-Yeon Sarah shoe by Irregular Choice.
Fit: 4" heel and 3/4" platform, you need to take a full size up in these.
Comfort: Didn't have any issues.

Day 744 - The Radio's Playing Some Forgotten Song
Shoes: White Mash'a'Mallow Kandee
By golly, it's horrid outside today (see last pic)! Dreich, dark, misty, rainy and you can barely see what's in front of you. Inside there's hardly any light either, I completely forgot how little we get in winter and it makes taking photos really challenging. So it was out with the hat to try and protect the hair (the little that was exposed has now drooped rather horridly) and this was a rather comfortable and cosy outfit for the day. I could hardly get into my wardrobe this morning after a bout of cleaning yesterday that left me with bags (of plastic, paper, rubbish and charity-shop) piled up after I whoosed it all to one side before bed last night. Why is it that whenever you're in a cleaning-mood, it doesn't last long and you're left with remnants that you don't wish to tackle?
Wearing: 'Frida' floral dress Swan by Clements Ribeiro, leggings and coat Primark, cardigan Bonmarche, metal bow belt Topshop.
Fit: Small, take a whole size up. 5 3/4" heel and 1 1/4" double platform.
Comfort: A hard shoe that is so heavy it wants to pull away from the foot, which leaves you walking a bit 'clumpy'. I think with tights they'd be comfier as they rubbed the balls of the foot at the sides.

Day 568 - Them Hustlas Like My Fashion
Shoes: Mash'a'Mallow Kandee
Hello chickadees! A gorgeous pair of shoes yesterday that I've had for a while but never worn. I certainly never imagined I'd get to wear them in January but the weather has been kind this month. You definitely need to size up on this style, they fit perfectly a whole size larger. They are really quite heavy with all those gold studs but have a pretty soft, pink sole to contrast the tough spikes! As you can see, I've lost the little space I had in my bedroom for photo-taking...this time to a whole load of shoes I'm eBaying...it kinda breaks my heart to sell some of them, but needs must and I already have my eye on a rather expensive pair that are going to sell fast, so need the cash quickly! Oh and I did something different with my eyeliner yesterday, going straight across the top rather than a curved flick to my wing...it was kinda cool.
Wearing: Dog print dress H by Henry Holland, black fleece lined tights, wool hat, polka dot coat and cardi all Primark.
Fit: Small, take a whole size up. Gosh I've forgotten to measure the heel on these (again! I have about 3 different shoes measurements in my head but not these-will update).
Comfort: No problems with these and the heel is much more manageable than normal Kandees.

Day 511 - Too Cool
Shoes: Black patent ankle boots KandeeA bit of a rushed post today recycling a couple of images from when I last wore this dress. I've just been really busy today (cleaning, would you believe?) and didn't have time to take the usual photos. You won't be able to find these boots on the Kandee site and as far as I know there's no plans to produce them, this pair were a sample. Pretty cool huh? I ended up not going anywhere in them though because it started raining. I've been saying this all week, but it was freakin' freezing today! I wore a long sleeved top underneath this and a cardigan and was still cold.
Wearing: Polka dot dress New Look, black leggings and cardigan Primark.
Fit: I usually require a size larger in Kandee heels. Very skinny 5 3/4" heel and 1 1/2" concealed platform.

Day Four Hundred & Seventy One - Long Summer
Shoes: Lemon and lilac 'Dolly Mix' wedge Kandee
I'm back and with an internet connection that lasts longer than 10 minutes! The engineer came out this morning, after we were practically internet-less all weekend. It was a nightmare trying to deal with my eBay sales over the weekend, absolute nightmare. However we now have a new router and hopefully it's an end to the connection issues we've been experiencing on and off for months now. So this outfit is from...last Friday. It was a beautiful day, although it seems to have turned colder now (heating's on). I felt I haven't really had my wear out of my jumpsuits this summer, so wanted to give this one last outing.
Wearing: Be Beau floral jumpsuit with corsage (worn on jacket) Matalan, tan belt (taken from dress) New Look, peach bolero, horse scarf and sunglasses Primark.
Fit: Small fitting, require a full size up, 5 1/4" heel and 1 3/4" platform.
Comfort: I'd imagine the narrow toe would perhaps ache after a while, but no real issues with them.

Day Four Hundred & Fifty Eight - Not Meant To Be
Shoes: Pastel coloured 'Space Sherbet' boots Kandee
Eep, I've been neglecting you this week. Between waiting in for builders (who never turn up) and as it's been pissing with rain, so I've not been out. Instead I've been glued to the news coverage of the riots across England, sad and shocking. Let's hope nothing more happens tonight, but it's not much comfort to those that have lost their homes, jobs and in some cases their lives. It's just been a horrid week. In my life, I seem to have had a run of bad luck lately. At the weekend, I sold these boots which I had purchased in the sale the other week for over £90, for a very disappointing £22. I was gutted to say the least. I felt they just didn't fit me properly, but with hindsight should've paid the £10 postage to return them rather than losing out on so much money. To rub it in an ebayer emails me this week saying 'I would buy those shoes for £30 if you cancel the other bid'. Honey, I too would love these boots for £30!!!
Wearing: Topshop jewel leggings.
Fit: I take a size up on all Kandee heels. They have a tightish fit across the foot, but the length is fine. Back zip, 6 1/4" heel and 1 1/2" platform.
Comfort: Another reason I didn't want to keep these, was the heel feels like it's buckling under your foot. I hate shoes that do that, it makes you walk funny and feel like you're one second away from a broken ankle and snapped shoe-heel.

Day Four Hundred & Forty Four - Cherry Pie
I haven't had these shoes for long, but the decision to sell them was relatively easy considering they were too tight and I knew that even one minute of wear would kill me! I tried them on again to take these photos yesterday though and realised they weren't as small as I once thought! Oh no! I absolutely adore them, they're even more gorgeous in the flesh-if that's possible because they do photograph well. However, how often will I wear them? And I spoke about the red thing before (note to self-try and avoid red shoes with this hair). They're the type of shoes you just want to look at and stroke, but hopefully they'll go to someone who will love them. The auction has just under 4 hours to go, so there's still time to bid! Stunning right?
Wearing: No outfit post.
Fit: A little narrow in the toe. 6 1/4" heel and 1 1/4" platform.
Comfort: I don't know becaue I haven't worn them for any length, but I would assume your legs will get a workout in these!
