Quick post today-right as I was taking these pictures, someone came to fix the bathroom and I really couldn't stand there taking photos of my shoes in front of him! Plus there's like no daylight right now, it's ridiculous! The little pavement gritter went out today, which I think was a bit premature considering we've only had a little frost. I was crunching my way through it outside, it's so deep. It was bitterly cold though yet again! See you tomorrow x

Wearing: Pink and black floral dress ASOS Curve, leggings and horse coat Primark, cardigan Bonmarche. Fit: 4 1/2" heel, quite a snug fit.
Comfort: No issues.

Day 766 - I Want To Let You Know You're Driving Me Crazy

Shoes: Black fringed boots Primark 

I'm well impressed that I've been out of the house most of the day and still managed to post this. I'm actually finding I've gotten into a better routine lately and have been managing to post on both blogs, which I was struggling with for a bit. You know once I say this, I'll disappear off somewhere and not be able to post for weeks! Kidding! Hopefully. It was absolutely freezing today, temperatures didn't get any higher than 2 and I'm so thankful I busted out the big boys just in time for the cold snap. In saying that, these boots have been lurking around my room somewhere since last winter anyway. I wanted to recreate the Victoria Beckham catwalk look of wearing a slim fit dress with bulky looking boots. The hem needs to be mid calf really to get the right look, so this fell a little short, but it was a little nod to the look anyway.  I'm not sure I have any slouchy boots that are long enough-most hit mid calf and my knee highs are usually slim fitting. If the weather stays like this though, it'll be boots with dresses from now until March!

Wearing: Grey leopard print shift dress and black tights Primark, pearl handbag Accessorize, turquoise ring my Granny's, pearl ring gift, wolf ring Evans.
Fit: True to size. Full length zip, 4 1/4" heel.
Comfort: No issues.

Day 765 - You've Got To Fight For Every Dream

Shoes: Green 'Shimmy' Irregular Choice 

Hello! Yesterday I totally planned on going out, then decided now would be a good time to find my winter shoes in the depths of the 'Irregular Choice shoe closet'. A good 4 or 5 hours later, I emerge! I was absolutely shattered; my legs ached, I needed a shower, I was beat! I'll happily wear boots all through next summer to avoid venturing in there for the seasonal swap again! I took some pics of my progress, which I'll have to put up on the blog, it's beyond ridiculous the amount of shoes I own. I feel rather dirty about it. Kinda. Anyway today I did venture out and it was chilly, but I braved bare feet. I really love these shoes, the heel is amazing, but there's so many different materials and textures throughout that they're interesting from every angle.

Wearing: Green floral dress Pearl Lowe at Peacocks, black leggings and floral coat Primark, cardigan Bonmarche.
Fit: Feel a little small at times. Difficult to measure the diamond heel, but to the first point it's 5"
Comfort: Didn't have any issues with these today.

Day 764 - Doesn't Mean I'm Lonely When I'm Alone

Shoes: Red 'Flashing Lights' Irregular Choice 

Brrrr, it's chilly today!  I wasn't quite sure what to wear, but was looking for warmth with boots and my fleece lined tights!  I originally had on another one of my new Henry Holland dresses (it's mega cute with bunnies on it), but was a little uncomfortable with the length (which is silly because actually these tights are probably more opaque than my leggings).  This is a pretty dress anyway, but as it's cotton you need an underskirt or else it sticks to your tights as you walk and before you know it, it's shuffled it's way up around your waist!

Wearing:  Bird and floral print dress Pearl Lowe at Peacocks, swallow cardigan Dorothy Perkins, navy tights and horse print coat Primark, belt taken from another dress.
Fit: True to size, lace up front. 4 1/2" heel and 1 1/2" platform.
Comfort: No issues with comfort, just takes a while to get used to the curved sole (similar to Long(er) Lashes boots) and they are quite heavy to lift.

Day 763 - So I Figure I'm Alone Now, Alienated Everyone

Shoes: Black panda 'Endangered' Irregular Choice 

Hello! Here's my outfit from Saturday.  I wasn't quite sure what to pair with these boots because I didn't want to detract from their fabulous-ness!  I also didn't really want an all-black outfit either.  I felt quite 'safe' in them, my first time wearing them.  You rock a little, but the base is relatively stable.  They are heavy though, so your legs can feel that!

Wearing: Printed dress Cutie, black leggings Primark, cardigan Bonmarche, belt taken from another dress.
Fit: Relatively snug fit with high instep so I took a larger size.
Heel 5 1/2" with 1 3/4" platform.
Comfort: The tops could possibly rub at the sides, although I had leggings on, so they were fine.

Day 762 - The Wind Has Blown And I Have Grown

Shoes: Black 'Regent' Vivienne Westwood

New dress and new shoes to show you today.  Firstly the dress; the print is sooooo pretty, bright and cheerful, it's lovely.  The dress is super lightweight too.  It was slightly shorter than I wanted today, so I popped this little skirt on underneath.  I seem to have lost all my black leggings to the washing basket/machine currently, aside from these, but they are stirrup ones (that sit halfway down your foot, with the hole for your heel) and miles too long.  At first I was going to wear them the proper way, then after trying them with these shoes, I decided I'd just gather them up around my ankle instead.  Finally onto the shoes.  They are the softest, smoothest shoes I've ever felt, I just want to stroke them all over, all day long!  They have a silver mirror sole and the arch of the instep is incredible; the curve on it inside is so severe-I'll have to take pics over the weekend to show you.

Wearing:  Floral dress H by Henry Holland, black leggings, coat and frill skirt worn underneath all Primark, cardigan Bonmarche, belt taken from another dress.
Fit: Snug fit, but I stuck to my usual size.  Heel just under 4 1/2"
Comfort:  My arches ached a little, but this was my first wear.
