Day 800 - I Cannot Text You With A Drink In My Hand, Eh?

Yesterday was my Grandads funeral and the wait from last week was starting to fill me with dread, I just wanted it to be over. It turned out to be pretty great though, well as good as such an occasion can be. All my cousins were there and it was the first time the 12 of us had been together since 1988 (which I can't believe was 25 years ago by the way). It was so lovely to see everyone and to celebrate my Grandads life really, as much as we'll miss him. He was very loved and other than the 'Alzheimer-years', he's had a really good life. Outfit wise, the shoes (and hair) were a hit with everyone and I was panicking that I would be forced into 'sensible' shoes because we had really heavy snow the day before (which didn't lie thankfully) and although it was icy in places, I was determined my lovely shoes would get an outing! They were super comfy all day too! The dress is another favourite, it's heavily beaded (weighs a ton!) and is really beautiful.

Fit: True to size, if anything, a little long. Heel 4 1/2".
Comfort: No issues.
