Shoes: Black suede Superstar wedges BertieHello! I wasn't sure if it was slippy out today, so I thought I'd wear the most sensible pair of shoes I own just in case. Not sensible by anyone elses standards I'm sure! I tried to get dressed earlier today too, because usually by the time I take photos, the light has gone and it's near impossible to get a decent pic, especially if the shoes are black. I'm also getting really lazy with the outfit pictures I take-so for that I apologize. I know many of you would like to see more than a little peek, so I'm taking that on board and hopefully in better light I'll get better pics as most of them end up deleted because they are crap.
Wearing: Black short sleeved shift dress ASOS Curve (see, I don't only own Pearl Lowe dresses!), cream and black floral tights Miss Selfridge, black cardi, hat and scarf, black and white polka dot mac and pewter metallic leather gloves both Primark.

Fit: True to size, back zip so you don't have to adjust the buckles every time. 4 3/4" wedge heel.
Comfort: No problems with these.
Shoes: Black knee high fringed boots PrimarkHello peeps! Think I must have put on weight since last winter, because these boots barely zipped up over my calves and I don't recall them being like that last year! I feel a bit like a Clydesdale horse or a yeti in them-they are wild!
Wearing: Not really sure a demure, retro dress like this is the perfect pairing for these boots but never mind! It is of course from Pearl Lowe at Peacocks (again) and with the usual black leggings, cardi, coat, large fluffy earmuffs, shawl and gloves!
Fit: I bought a size bigger in these for leg width but the foot section is true to size. They sit just below the knee, with a full length inside zip. Heel height 4 1/4".
Comfort: No problems other than the struggle to zip them up!
Shoes: Taupe 'Saflufy' ankle boots FaithOoh, it's freezing today and started snowing earlier, lightly thank goodness and not enough to lie. I wrapped up warm for my little walk, wearing a massive fur hat that I bought when I was a teenager. It's not until now that it actually happens to be "in fashion", not that I've let that stop me wearing it in the past. My outfits just now are pretty crap, but I've just been chucking on the first thing I find and nipping out without any makeup or anything!
Wearing: Navy bird print dress Pearl Lowe for Peacocks, dark blue shimmer leggings Primark, cardi, coat, furry hat, gloves, scarf...!
Fit: True to size, 4 1/4" heel, fully lined and lace up front.
Comfort: Easy to walk in, no problems.
Shoes: Cream 'Astoria' ankle boots ASOS Hi and Happy New Year, I'm back! I managed to get out for a walk today as the pavements are clear and dry-first time we've seen that in months. It looked a bit strange actually. Anyway, I took advantage and got myself out of the house for a bit of fresh air-it was freezing though. Hope I've remembered how to compose these posts, here we go...
Wearing: Pale blue daisy print dress Pearl Lowe at Peacocks, rather mismatched with the rest I'm afraid, all black: hat, coat, leggings and cardigan-I was going for incognito and comfort and warmth! It's the first time I've worn this dress actually and it's rather large over the bust (think that's another first).
Fit: True to size, 4" heel. Button detail are elasticated and side zip to get on and off.
Comfort: Easy to walk in, no problems with these.
