Day 1016 - Shoesday Tuesday

Wearing Irregular Choice Abigail's Party Pink Bunny
Shoes: Pink bunny 'Abigail's Party' Irregular Choice

Yo, yo, yo, what up peeps?  Gah I don't know where yesterday went, it just disappeared.  Ok, so I did manage to do some pretty snazzy shizzle to my sidebar.  Check it out! A bigger, round profile photo, updated the blurb underneath and added social media buttons.  All things I've been meaning to do for ages, yet not much to show for a days work!  I still have more changes to make, but just have to do a bit at a time, when I get the chance.  Anyway it meant I left myself no time to prepare for today, which is usually a busy blog day with Shoesday Tuesday.
On my Facebook, I asked you to choose which shoes you'd like to see here next.  As I was pushed for time, I didn't manage to do that this week and instead have given you my physio outfit from last Friday.  However it now gives me the chance to ask everyone which style you'd like to see next week.  The 5 choices are dwarf, bunny, unicorns, dolls or gummy bears.  Yep, how awesome is my wardrobe that it includes all those things?  The winning pair and runner up will be shown over the next fortnight.  Back to this outfit and I think the last time I wore these shoes was January 2014.  There's a close up of the bunny fabric in that post, so it's worth clicking to see, as I didn't photograph that this time.  Funny thing, I have no idea which shoes I'm talking about in that post, but I'm feeling my pain all over again!  Back to this outfit and I'm reasonably confident with my body, but I also like to be totally honest on my blog and lately I have kinda felt 'bleugh' about it and myself.  Which is understandable considering I've not been properly dressed for so long.  A little progress this week though, because I never would have worn this to physio a couple of months ago, but felt 'brave' enough to wear a shorter t-shirt and fitted trousers (normally it would be a floaty dress and leggings).  You're pretty 'exposed' at physio (lying and turning on a bed and sitting on the gym ball), so comfort is definitely paramount and actually I felt alright (minus my trousers keeping slipping down)!  I was a bit 'eclectic' with the clashing colours and prints of shoes and trousers, but I'm running out of weather appropriate shoes, I can allocate without causing a landslide, that are easy to take on and off and that the physio etc haven't seen.  Shoe room can't come soon enough!  Well folks, I think I've chatted enough today.  Don't forget to let me know your choice for next week (all are fantastic btw) and how do you like this gym gear?

  1. I'd have to vote for dolls or gummi bears- I've got all the others myself- but I'm keen to see shoes that include either dolls or gummi bears!!

    1. The dolls are crazy good, the bears are proving popular!

  2. I vote gummi bears! I really do like this gym outfit--I took a closer look at the trousers and see that they have pockets. I really can't abide workout gear without pockets. I'm so happy to hear that you have had a bit of progress!

    1. Popular bears! I think some people are guessing which styles the others might be and will be surprised to learn that they aren't what they think they are ; ) Unfortunately the pockets aren't real in the trousers, just a design feature : ( I notice there is a new spring like colourway now and it looks like exact same 'pockets' in those. I've managed to keep doing 5 minutes on the ball at home every day...seem to be more tired, but otherwise ok.

    2. Fair, I may have thought I knew "dwarf" BUT I still vote gummi bears. I really miss gummi candy, since I gave it up years ago. :< Maybe it I can't eat it, I should wear it?

    3. Haha, yes definitely! There's a dress to match my shoes, which is a giant GB 'packet' pulled in at the waist. A bit of a mess really, but fun nonetheless!

  3. I LOVE your t-shirt!!! And your outfit in general, it's so cute (not a typical "you" outfit but still so nice. I've been wearing jeans loads more this year than any other year, before I was always on the only-dresses bandwagon but this year, I don't know what it is, but jeans have been a regular occurrence in my winter wardrobe.) As for the vote I'm for bunnies first (must support bunnies!) and gummi bears second.

    1. Thank you. First vote for bunnies noted! I actually forgot I hadn't shown that pair. Not sure what will happen in 6 weeks time when I've possibly run out of shoes! I suspect Irregular Choice will have launched something else by then, that I'll 'need'!

    1. Ok, votes noted. I felt much better this week, I'd have been too self conscious to wear this even a couple of weeks ago, so I was quite proud of myself.

  5. I also think you should do shoe-themed posts where you post sets of your shoes that have a similar theme, e.g.green or stars or insane!!!!xx
