Day 750 - You Know I'm Not Gon' Diss You On The Internet

Shoes: Teddy print gingham 'Love Games' Irregular Choice

I've been a little sporadic with posting here lately, but as usual haven't been out over the weekend.  I still have a post from last Thursday to write up but this outfit was from yesterday (doing things the wrong way round!).  I've been trying to keep Pink Haired Princess updated, which means I don't have time to post in both places, sorry. Anyway, I had absolutely no idea what I was going to wear yesterday and just let the outfit happen.  Can we all take a moment to appreciate the craziness on my feet......thank you!  How insane is this wee combo?  My shoe attachments have been boxed away under a massive pile of shoe boxes and I set them free last month during a tidy, so I could wear them.  I figured the colours of these rings would look great with the courts and then the dress happened and it was a conglomeration of colours, prints and crazy!  I loved it though, even if the shoes are ridiculously high and uncomfortable after 30 minutes!  I think the rings are all supposed to be worn around the ankle (the top one fastens with velcro, the others are half-elasticated), but I thought it looked great around the foot.  They were super comfy to wear (the velcro did not pop open when walking) and kept my feet cosy too!

Wearing:  Squirrel print dress H By Henry Holland, suede leggings and coat Primark, belt taken from another dress, Jubilee print scarf River Island, swallow cardigan Dorothy Perkins, heart rings worn around ankle taken from 'So Yeon Sarah' shoe Irregular Choice.
Fit: Oh who knows? I have this exact same style in another print and I needed a size up, these are my regular size though and although tight, they do fit. 5" heel.
Comfort: Ache after 30 minutes, with a 5" heel and no platform your foot is practically vertical!

    1. The only thing that put me off buying it full-price was the sheen of the fabric, I wasn't keen on that and thought it cheapened it a bit, but I loved the squirrel print. It's quite short, too short for me to wear with just tights or bare legs, so it needs leggings or trousers in my opinion. I think I saw the heart one too, but they didn't have my size, it looks lovely as well. They do the squirrel print in a sheer blouse too if that's more your thing? I'm 32 and still wearing Barbie t-shirts and pony hair clips, so I doubt I dress age appropriately!

    1. Yay! Yeah should work with those thick tights. I LOVE the one with velvet details, saw it last month but it's too expensive for me at full-price, I've been waiting for a promotion when it's cheaper! Thing is it was £38 originally in my local and online, then online it went up to £40, but was still £38 instore last Thursday, but they don't have my size, so I'll have to get it online anyway : (
