Day 812 - They’re In The Wrong Place Trying To Make It Right

Shoes: Black and white 'Teeze 20' Bordello

I realise I just wore this dress the other day, but it was one of those days when I didn't actually get out, so I've styled it completely differently for today.  I had to have picked the absolute worst moment to leave the house today.  In between bright sunshine, there had been the odd spitter of rain.  By the time I was ready to go out, it was a full snow blizzard (where the heck did that come from?), the wind was terrible and the snow was flying horizontal!  I thought, I'd better chance going out in it, because it would only get worse (wrong) and it's just snow, so it can't be as bad as rain (wrong again)?  It was like ice hitting your face and the snow was so wetting, I looked like a snowman by the time I got home!  I had actual snowflakes melting in my lashes (trust me that sounds a lot cooler than it actually looks) and of course on the journey back, I'm literally 10 seconds from home and it stops.  Completely dry for the next few hours.  Idiot! Oh and if you're wondering about the aqua lips, all will be revealed when I finish my Monster High Monday post for this week!

Wearing:  Black polka dot peter pan dress New Look, black patterned Barbie leggings Miss Selfridge, fur trim socks Flirt at ASOS, horse coat Primark.
Fit: You need to size up on all Bordello Teeze. These are a US8. Inside zip. 6" heel and just over 1 1/2" platform.

Day 630 - You Bought New Shoes And You Did Up Your Hair

Shoes: Black and white 'Teeze 20' Bordello

Another really rushed post, sorry! I have 6 eBay parcels to package up tonight and a million and one other things to do. I'm really behind on my emails btw, if anyone has got in touch, it's my priority to reply tomorrow!

Wearing: Black and green floral dress Pearl Lowe at Peacocks, black leggings, cardigan and sunglasses Primark, scarf M&Co
Fit: You need to size up on all Bordello Teeze. These are a US8. Inside zip. 6" heel and just over 1 1/2" platform.
Comfort: They hit my ankle bone in an awkward place and are a very 'hard' shoe, so not the most comfortable but easy to walk in.

Day 555 - Gone With The Wind

Shoes: Black and white 'Teeze 20' Bordello

Yesterday was storm number...whatever, I'm losing count, we're getting them that frequently.  Why we didn't get a warning about this one like 'Hurricane Bawbag' I don't know, because it was even worse than that and did eventually get the highest, red alert.  I was supposed to be going to Dundee but the bridge was closed and I decided I wouldn't leave the house at all. Then by afternoon it had calmed somewhat and I decided to brave it.  I've said before I find extreme weather rather exciting, but there was nothing much to see or feel when I went out for my walk (I was rather disappointed).  The news footage of that ferry in the water (sailing along on it's side practically...boke), the industrial wheelie bin flying down the street like a paper cup and the Forth Road bridge floating up and down in the wind (double boke) were unbelievable.  Sadly a lot of homes are still without power or badly damaged and two men were killed-that side of things, I don't like.  The wind is getting up again today and apparently there are more gales predicted for tonight.

Wearing:  Black jersey dress, cardigan and leggings all Primark, fur trim socks Flirt at ASOS.
Fit: You need to size up on all Bordello Teeze. These are a US8. Inside zip. 6" heel and just over 1 1/2" platform.

Day Four Hundred & Forty Seven - Birthday Girl

Shoes: Black and white Teeze 20 booties Bordello

This outfit was my birthday outfit, on the 24th. The day was a bit of a disaster to say the least and although my sister and I popped out for ice-cream sundaes, it was a last minute rush (as were these pics). I had bought these shoes a short while back and was desperate to wear them and couldn't think of a more fitting day than my b'day to debut them! This dress is the same as the previous post but in a different print. As much as I love cherry prints, it's hard to work reds with my hair, so I tried not to emphasise it too much. The jewellery was also rushed, I probably would have picked something else for my other hand to compliment that amazing horse ring.

Wearing: Black cherry prom dress Red Herring (limited edition) at Debenhams, black leggings and cardi Primark, sunglasses ASOS, horse carousel necklace Accessorize, horse ring The Jewellery Box, birdcage ring Topshop, snake/pearl ring Miss Selfridge.
Fit: You need to size up on all Bordello Teeze. These are a US8. Inside zip. 6" heel and just over 1 1/2" platform.
Comfort: I find these really easy to walk in and quite comfortable. I can perhaps foresee problems at my ankle bone though as the shoe hits it in an awkward place.
