Day 980 - Find Light In The Beautiful Sea

Shoes: Black suede 'Diamontina' Irregular Choice

I don't want to continue to bore you with the Photobucket issues, but I got a reply from customer support. He agreed with me, that taking over an hour just to log in was ridiculous. That was it. No further help, no idea of what's happening. Anyway it's still being ridiculous and I can't see me renewing my pro account come the summer. I can't say I'm thrilled with the idea of getting used to yet another system, but anything would be better than this. Anyway, not much to say about this outfit. I felt ok-ish in it, then took a look at the photos and almost deleted them all. Bad hair day, bad face day, bad body day. Not feeling great about any of that but hey-ho tomorrow is another day (and an absolute downpour by the sounds of things, so probably no outfit/going out then). What do you do to relieve a crappy day? My method over the past few days has been chocolate. Lots of chocolate.

Wearing: Black midi dress, grey tights and polka dot coat Primark.
Fit: True to size. Kinda difficult to measure this heel, but to the first point it's 5".
Comfort: Really comfy and you definitely don't feel like this is a 5" heel, easy to walk in too.

  1. "Bad hair day, bad face day, bad body day." Oh no!! I'm so sorry. I guess my remedy for a crappy day is to try to be distracted. And if that doesn't work, I just get hopped up on the caffeine (and become easier to distract). I hope tomorrow's easier.

    1. Heehee, thanks for the advice. Been jammy days constantly since this post, so need to get dressed up at some point when I'm feeling better.

  3. I flicked through a rail of fifty dresses and dismissed them all this morning - there is nothing I want to wear at the moment. Nothing makes me feel good,or happy or like me. I am so uncomfortable in my body at the mometn and I'm not sure how to change that :( It's a horrid feeling.

    1. It is horrid! We both have lots of lovely things, so it's frustrating when we don't feel lovely in them. Creme Eggs have been soothing my pain (!), think I've outdone myself in the amount I've eaten already this year!!

  4. Love your shoes and hope you have a better day tomorrow! As for the customer service - are you kidding?? That's terrible! But then after what I'm going through with Topshop I can't say I'm surprised (as I mention in my latest post - I ordered a big Topshop order and two item were missing and they're like "oh really? the warehouse says they got shipped. what's you order number?" after over a week of writing to them. FRUSTRATING)

so hope tomorrow's a better day for me too:) and I use chocolate too:))

btw, who are you thinking of switching to? I upload my photos just through blogger but the photos get so grainy it's very annoying:/ so I'm thinking of getting an account somewhere.

    1. The photobucket thing turned out to be something with certain UK people. they 'tweaked' a few minor things and it was magically fixed although they claim they didn't do anything major so they can't understand how it wasn't working in the first place! Just glad it's back. no idea who to try next...hate getting used to a new system. Blogger didn't used to upload grainy images, but I noticed they were terrible quality when I tried to do it that way when P wasn't working. I've heard Imageshack is good, but who knows?! Hope you got the Topshop order sorted-that's terrible.
