Day 912 - Tonight We’ll Just Get Drunk, Disturb The Peace

Shoes: Pink 'Bucks Fizz' Shoemissy

When was the last time you saw these shoes? A few years ago if memory serves me correctly. Rather than go down the route of choosing blue, I wanted to pick out the brighter colours in the dress and these shoes are almost an identical shade of pink. I actually won them years ago, in a photography competition. Winning shoes has to be the coolest thing ever! Our weather has taken a bit of a turn this week and although it's still warm enough to go out without a cardigan, it's cooler and we've had some heavy rain or showers. I'm not sure if summer is over for us now or what. It probably is after me sorting through my wardrobe looking for suitable summer clothes, typical! How is your summer shaping up so far?

Wearing: Squirrel dress H By Henry Holland, leggings and pearl hairband Primark.
Fit: True to size, 3 3/4" heel and small platform.
Comfort: No issues with these.

  1. I agree, free shoes are the best kind!
I love these shoes they look fab with the pink of the dress.
I'm hoping we don't see the last of the sun, I have lots of shoes I want to wear but need dry weather!
Yesterday was a gorgeous day, I went to a wedding wearing a new pair of ironfist which are a cotton-like material rather than patent and I was absolutely gutted when by the time I got out it was raining! Hoping a quick wipe with a damp cloth will have them good as new. I was frantically wiping dirt off with napkins last night haha.
    Xx

    1. Luckily it appears there is no major staining, phew! The perils of yellow shoes not being patent! xx

    1. Thank you, it was very random that it looked like that as I didn't style it any different to normal!
