Shoes: Black and red orb seal 'Lady Dragon' Vivienne Westwood/Melissa
Hello, how are you all today? It's the end of the week, yipee! Our street is currently being dug-up and resurfaced, so I've been rudely awakened all week and have spent the entire day trying to block out drilling and digging noises! It's been glorious weather again though, so I popped out for my walk trying to avoid stray wheelbarrows and pipes and got sprayed by some big machine-how relaxing(!) Onto my outfit and I wanted to wear a really summery dress just in case it does get colder this weekend and I don't think you've ever seen these shoes here before (I think I've only worn them on a TSGD break). I had another pair in mind, but changed at the last minute to these and they worked perfectly with the dress. Hope you all have a good weekend.
Wearing: Floral gingham dress Pearl Lowe at Peacocks, cardigan New Look, Hello Kitty geek necklace Claire's, belt gift.
Fit: True to size, adjustable slingback, 4 1/4" heel.
Comfort: No issues with these.

Day 618 - I'm Superman With The Wind At His Back
Shoes: Turquoise striped 'Beetroot' Feud
Another gorgeous day and I always feel so summery in this dress, the colours in it are just beautiful. I've so far worn it with pink metallic sandals and bright purple shoes (I'm sure there's another outfit, but I can't quite recall it), so this time I thought I would pick out the green/turquoise colour with these gorgeous Feud heart shaped peep toes. There's lots of lovely details in these shoes, so I took some extra pics for you to see, I love the carved heel.
Wearing: Floral prom dress Red Herring (Debenhams), leggings Primark, bow cardigan New Look, bow belt (taken from old dress).
Fit: Concealed platform 1 1/4", heel 5 1/4", feel a little small.
Comfort: Not the comfiest, the slingback was digging in on one foot, other than that they were fine.

Day 617 - Crazy Is What Crazy Do
Shoes: Gold distressed 'Spatz' Irregular Choice
You can tell I love a dress when I wear it twice in one week! I could pretty much wear this every day actually, it's so pretty and comfy and extremely versatile. You can't really see the dip hem in the full length shot unfortunately and I do wish it were slightly more exaggerated, although I possibly wouldn't wear it bare-legged if it were much shorter. The weather has been fantastic and I've wanted to take advantage of it because last year our Spring was better than Summer, but I wanted to wear this dress with boots because they looked so cool together and it meant it was a completely different look to the leggings and lilac Lady Dragon's I wore with it last week. I ended up adding some dangly wooden earrings and a scarf tied around my head (changed my hairstyle from bow clasps, to nothing, back to the clasps, then ended up with the scarf) and felt very boho! I'm going to put the link on PHP tomorrow of where I got this bag (and another one) once I take more pics, it's super cute isn't it? Oh and today I had to go to Primark to return a dress and we saw a bush fire in a field on the way, like a proper Australian hot weather fire (I was a tad excited-I know that's bad!)...on the way back there was nothing to see though, the farmer and fire engine had gone and the field looked like nothing had happened, spooky!
Wearing: Floral dip hem dress H! By Henry Holland, bow cardigan New Look, necklace Red Herring (Debenhams), parrot ring Miss Selfridge, fox ring gift, fox satchel eBay, belt (taken from dress) New Look.
Fit: True to size (the buttons do come out if you need to get on and off), 4 1/4" heel.
Comfort: No problems with these.

Day 616 - When The Rainy Days Are Dying
Shoes: Blue suede 'Audrina' Irregular Choice
I've totally neglected you recently...all weekend and Monday I was busy in the house and never got out at all. Everyone was raving about the weather and I was getting a little frustrated missing out on it! I eventually got out yesterday but ran out of time to write this post. I've had loads of eBay things to do, attempted to tidy my room (yet again) putting away my winter shoes that have been sitting out (back into the Irregular Choice vault-no easy task I tell you!) and swapping them for a few summery ones, plus I re-did my hair because the yellow-ish roots were annoying me. The colour is brighter lilac now and although I like it, I'm not as keen on it as the faded, pale greyish lilac from last week. I'm sure it'll lighten after a few washes though. As you can see below the colour looks completely different on my camera-phone than with the flash of the 'real camera'.
Wearing: Navy striped dress Matalan, boat cardigan Peacocks, star ice-cream bows Yama Yama Pretty Mama.
Fit: I need a size up in these, the uppers cut very tightly across the foot, true to size in length though. 5" heel and 1 1/4" platform.
Comfort: No issues with these.

Day 615 - Stick 'Em Up Punk, Hit 'Em Low, Hit 'Em High
Shoes: Lilac and black heart 'Lady Dragon' Vivienne Westwood Anglomania & Melissa
Hola! How are you all today? This is my outfit from yesterday and the fruits of my shopping trip on Friday. Henry Holland dresses have become my new favourite thing-hopefully to replace the fact there will probably be no more Pearl Lowe (Peacocks) ones : ( A quick count in my head and I think I have 10 H! dresses now, pretty good going. I'm a sucker for a pretty/kooky print and retro inspired shape, which are all in abundance in his collections. This one is just new in at Debenhams and features a black crochet shoulder/back detail and a dip hem (which has been my obsession for months). It's quite long, so I didn't 'need' leggings with it, but I liked the look of them together. It'll be great with bare legs in the summer too. Also the fit is usually pretty generous, I only needed a 16 in this one.
Wearing: Floral dip hem dress H! by Henry Holland, high-shine leggings Miss Selfridge, cardigan Be Beau at Matalan, blue bird scarf Primark.
Fit: True to size, adjustable slingback, 4 1/4" heel.
Comfort: It's odd how some of my LD's rub and others don't, no problems with this pair at all.
