We had daylight today, yahoo! It kept turning dark and cloudy but at least there were clouds and not just the grey skies we've had this week. I was running around trying to remember everything I needed to photograph! These shoes today, were the ones I couldn't find decent archive photos of yesterday, so I'm glad I managed that. Hi, I'm here and so sorry I've missed so many posts. I had my booster at the weekend and while everything was fine, just the getting ready, wearing makeup and being out for an hour has left me completely shattered as I'm not accustomed to it. I'm absolutely exhausted and sleeping a lot. I've been feeling completely overwhelmed at the thought of editing photos and writing again, which wasn't an issue a week or so ago, it's amazing how quickly you lose that, it all felt too much. However, I'm giving it a crack today and I guess, I'll just have to do what I can. My last post here was the angelic Eros and today, I'm back at traditional Christmas and where it all started for festive character heels.

A Christmas shoe or not, that is the question! My pair today aren't officially part of a Christmas launch and actually were released well outside the festive period, but to me, there's something about them that could make them a contender for festive footwear. What a bother I've had finding decent photos of these shoes today. It's pre-current mobile phone and clearly my old phone camera was atrocious, I'm actually embarrassed I ever shared any photos from it! I found a few (literally a few) photos from my DSLR (which I don't even use anymore as my phone is decent enough), so I've managed to scrape something together.  So much for not worrying about bad photos!  My Festive Beauty post is already up on Pink Haired Princess and if you need to catch up on my post yesterday, it was the Christmas Is Love clutch bag.

No idea where the time has gone today. I felt I started off very productively and then the rest of the day disappeared. I'm going to try *try* and get ahead of myself this weekend with posts for my Christmas blogs. I thought locating images from years ago, many I haven't even shared here before, would be less work than taking new ones. It's less strenuous physically, but going back years of folders isn't exactly a quick process! Anyway, I have an item today that I ordered, but wasn't originally mine, yet found it's way back into my possession. So this year we were treated to some new categories in the Irregular Choice Christmas collection, one being these berets! I was very taken with the green one, but ordered the red too and have kept both as I really like them.

Something Irregular Choice but not footwear today and it's an item I haven't shown you before on the blogs as it just launched recently. Yesterday I shared my Nutcracker collection of tights, shoes and bag, which by sheer coincidence landed on the same day that the Nutcracker soldier was behind the door on the advent boots, I forgot to say that last night! On Pink Haired Princess, I've already published my Festive Beauty post, something very cool and sparkly. A stark contrast to my warm and tasty looking item here.
