Irregular Choice Festive Footwear: Day 9

Another non-footwear post for you tonight from the 2021 Christmas collection. First though, my Festive Beauty post is already up on Pink Haired Princess and I blogged about a Christmassy but non-Christmas pair of shoes yesterday if you need to catch up on that. As usual, read to the bottom for a little extra treat.

So this year we were treated to some new categories in the Irregular Choice Christmas collection, one being these berets! I was very taken with the green one, but ordered the red too and have kept both as I really like them. The colours in these photos are a bit skew-whiff as the light was fading the day I took them and I haven't been able to retake them. They are truer to colour in the group photo like above. The Noel Beret is a forest green shade with embroidered galloping Rudolph reindeer, pink hearts and gold Noel written at the bottom.

The there's Gingerbread Beret in a bright red with gingerbread boys and girls and pink candy swirl hearts.

I used to wear berets a lot, but I'm quite fussy that I like them to have some volume, rather than sitting really flat. The IC ones are good for that, they can be easily manipulated to sit back on the head, the side or pulled over the fold onto the front of the face. I like having different styling options. The quality is decent too, I was impressed.
