The Shoe Girl Styles It: New Look Embellished Heel Boots

New Look Embellished Heel Boots
Sorry I didn't have time for The Shoe Girl Styles It last week. I had a physio appointment and was pooper-scoopered for the rest of the week. This week, I thought it would be fun to have spooky inspired outfits in the run-up to Halloween. Not 'fancy-dress', but Halloween inspired. Is it just me or has everywhere gone crazy for Halloween this year? I haven't been near any shops, but certainly online there's loads of accessories and clothes that aren't intended as costumes but to get into the spirit (no pun intended). Is it becoming quite Americanised here then or do you think we just like the novelty? Anyway onto the shoes and they are New Look embellished heel ankle boots £39.99. I thought at first glance they had a glitter heel, but when I clicked the close-up, I could see it's actually tiny beads and stones stuck on. Pretty cool. I've teamed them with this rather creepy bandaged bodycon dress from Topshop and this beautiful belted M&Co coat (use code AUTUMN20 for 20% off until 28th October, on all full price items). Add some ghostly earrings, a 'bag of tricks' clutch and glow in the dark bat tights. Yes you heard correctly-watch me light up!  Do you like this?

  1. Really like these boots, but I'd be worried about how secure or otherwise the beads would be on the heel.

    1. Yeah with glitter shoes there's always some amount of fall-out, so it would be interesting to see how stuck on these beads are and what's underneath if there was 'bald' patches.
