An oldish pair for you today, from the SS19 collection. Many of the style names that season were "love" (or similar) in another language, these being German. I actually have them in the yellow/peachy combo too, they also came in black. I'm not always a fan of pointed toes, but do like them when they aren't elongated (such as this one). It's a relatively stubby toe, for being pointy, so it doesn't make your foot look bigger, but it does mean it's a little narrow in that region. Not painfully so, but I did notice the fit being more snug when I was wearing socks (obviously). My feet are also pretty swollen with the heat just now and likely a little bigger than when I initially bought these, as I've put on weight since then. I'd opt for your usual size in them anyway. These are a 5/38 and even with the socks, I don't feel the need to size up. The squared but angled heel is sturdy, though I do always find heels that go straight down the very back of a shoe slightly trickier to walk on than those sitting a little further in (towards the instep). The ankle strap is easy to fasten and unfasten and there's plenty of hole choices and room. The flamingo on the T-bar easily slides along the strap to make it central to whichever fitting you've chosen for the strap.
Although the flamingo is probably the main focus of this shoe, I actually really like the floral print and the embellishments across the front of shoe. It's quite unusual for me to buy an all-pink shoe, clearly there wasn't a blue or green option, haha!
Wearing: Frill lace ankle socks, Primark (old).
Fit: 4" heel, no platform. Adjustable buckle fastening on ankle strap with plenty of room.
They are gorgeous :-D
