The Shoe Girl Styles It: Jimmy Choo Tactic

I always enjoy our Sunday 'luxe' edition of The Shoe Girl Styles It and seeing as I missed it yesterday, I thought I'd post it today rather than miss out altogether.
Not sure I've styled this brand before, perhaps I have....but the little shoe boots are Jimmy Choo 'Tactic' £995. I'm not overly fond of Jimmy Choo, there's the odd thing I like, but generally they are a little too safe and plain for me. I do like these booties though. They're laser cut and it's this colourway that stands out the most (they come in black too) because the swirl pattern is intentionally mis-matched, flashing neon through the black gaps. Looking super close up, these laser overlays actually sit on a fine mesh, while the elastic side insert and stretchy lacing make them easy to pull on and off. They're a little edgier than the usual JC shoe, which is most alluring. I decided to continue with that, adding 'edge' to a really feminine (and utterly gorgeous) dress. This floral Dolce & Gabbana number, with full skirt and orange blossom print. I'm currently fond of wearing a 'high' cut shoe with a longer hemline, exposing minimal leg. Probably the opposite to what magazines harp on about "leg lengthening" and "flattering proportions", but like I say, it appeals to me just now. For accessories, I added some floral Dolce sunglasses, mainly black, white and red (to tie in with the shoe) and this little bow bag by Vivienne Westwood. What do you think, do you like this look?Polyvore image set for Jimmy Choo neon booties with Dolce & Gabbana blossom dress and floral sunglasses and Vivienne Westwood bow bag
Worn with: Dolce & Gabbana orange blossom dress £1300 and black floral sunglasses £158 and Vivienne Westwood black bow bag £185.

    1. It's beautiful. The print comes in many items (shoes, bags, clothes) but I love this dress the most.
